I had a brake warning. They wasted my time and had me sit around all day long when I had a 9am appointment. Took the van in for less then 10 minutes, then told me nothing was wrong with my brakes. Then my brakes went out the next week. Waste of time and the mechanics are bad at their jobs, don't bother with this place

Prestige treated us so much better than literally every other CDJR dealer in CO it's not funny! We were visiting CO and our check engine light came on. After calling almost a dozen other CDJR dealer service departments and being told by schedulers (vs even being able to speak with an actual service advisor) they were scheduled weeks or even months out and they could not even take a quick look at it even though we were traveling, Clint at Pretige answered the phone himself and after listening to the issue we were having was able to inform us that he had seen a number of other trucks with the 6.4L Hemi throwing the same code due to CO gas. He said it would probably go away once we were out of state and shouldn't be a problem in the meantime. He also said if it ended up being something else they would squeeze us in to take a look since we we traveling. It was exactly what he thought and we greatly appreciate his input, professionalism and helpfulness. Thanks!

What I like best is ad specials quote price instead of percent off. All we care about is Price these days. An oil change special like this gets my car into the dealership. I drove to Longmont from Fort Collins for an oil change, and I’d do it again. By the way, I looked at new vehicle while I waited for my service. Kudos!!!

I wouldn’t take your car to this dealership or bother buying one from here. I had bought a car for my mother and they allegedly said they did a though all around check to make sure it was road safe and worthy. A week later after purchase it started to pop some codes up of overheating the car. I checked the system and nothing seemed to be wrong. Now the car has caught fire with the drivers wiring harness and a fuel vent hose line. The fuel line could’ve caused my mother and anyone else to die in an explosion. Now they don’t want to cover the costs of a car they didn’t check. They also installed the wrong sized brake pads and that isn’t a little mistake. Part numbers are don’t play a role in that. Parts contain the same parts number 95% of the time. If you’d like to get bent over and have them slowly put it in you as well as endanger your life. Be my guest and get the work done by them.

Don't take your vehicle to be serviced here. They have had my husband's truck 4 times in less than a year. The last 2 (most recent last week)times has been for issues with the 4 wheel drive and transmission. They were told the truck needs to be warm to get the issues to surface. And both times was told "nothing wrong." Which tells me they don't actually do anything more then a 10 minute test drive. Well now I have 9000 lb paper weight sitting in my driveway that now has to be towed. Thanks for nothing Prestige

I came in with a really random electrical problem on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon that would make the power steering go out and throw all kinds of CEL codes due to a Can BUS communication meltdown. It took a while to diagnose, but the Shop Foreman, Manager, Technician and even front desk person who managed my vehicle going in and out as we tried a few things were absolutely amazing to work with. I'm not always an easy customer having lots of experience repairing my own vehicles, but left this one to these guys under my warranty. And they were nothing but respectful, sent me photos of potential sites of issue, kept me informed of what the progress was and honestly took care of me in the end. This is what you expect from a dealership and am glad I purchased my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon from them and not anyone else. I'd highly recommend their service department and dealership. In the end, they took care of their customer and if I do ever plan to buy another Chrysler product. It will be from these guys. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!

Rob was amazing to work with and he saved me money. When I brought our truck in for an oil change, we discussed options for a prepaid oil change package with tire rotation. I agreed to buy a package and when I returned to pick up the truck, the price was lower. Rob told me that since I had bought the tires there on a previous visit, the tire rotation was free and he was able to get a cheaper oil change package without tire rotation. He could have easily charged me the higher price and I would not have known the difference. It is great to have someone who is looking out for the customer and someone you can trust to bring your vehicle to.
