Absolutely phenomenal service. I originally took my Ariya to Alpine Nissan where it sat untouched for a week with no updates. After calling around, Valley Nissan said they had the capacity to diagnose it in 1 to 2 days. I took it there, told them the troubleshooting steps I already took and they had some idea what the issue could be. They were able to diagnose it same day and get the part ordered. My service writer contact, Doug, was exceptional at setting expectations, describing the problem and fix and staying in contact every step of the way. He even offered to let me pick the car up so I could drive it while they were waiting on the part (it was safe to drive, it just stopped accepting level 2 chargers). At the end of the day, cars break and need to be fixed. When I go in to get my car fixed, I want accurate estimates on turnaround and proactive communication along the way. Doug at Valley Nissan delivered.

They were very accommodating and the service was great. They brought me home and picked me up. Friendly and professional. The only caveat was when I went to pay for the service and I took out my credit card I was told there would be a 2% extra charge for the card use, but that there was no charge for checks. Of coarse I did not have a check book, but I would have brought one if I was warned about it in advance. That should be protocal. They should let people know when they drop their vehicle about the 2% charge so they can bring their check book. They should give the custemer that option. I had no choice but to use my card.

I went to Valley Nissan yesterday to lease a 2025 Nissan Leaf and had the best experiences of my life negotiating a car deal. I spoke to Eric Aguilera on the phone to set up the appointment and explained that I had a trauma history and to please refrain from high pressure sales. My appointment was at 12. From the moment I walked in he handled my appointment with professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I was able to take my selection of a 2025 Nissan Leaf out for a lengthy test drive with no pressure to close the deal. Christopher prepared my financial options in a timely way clearly communicating my options for purchase or lease of the vehicle. I chose for the first time in my life to lease a 2025 Nissan Leaf from Valley because three of my friends had previously done so with Valley. Also, the state of Colorado has incredible incentives to do so at this time. The manager of the Sales department, Chuck, also was amazing. He did not pressure me to to anything regarding my transaction. Rathe he treated me to great conversation and I was able to compliment him on his team’s professionalism and high level of customer service. Nolan finalized my lease terms. Clearly going over the terms. I could not recommend Valley Nissan more for your next lease or purchase of a car.

EDITED: After having a terrible start to the process here and walking away from the car, the general manager Jessica stepped in and took over. She made sure that we were taken care of and made sure that we only dealt with her and were kept in the loop on everything that was happening with the vehicle. We now have the vehicle and are very happy with it. Had a terrible experience here and ended up not getting the vehicle because of it. We were lied to right from the beginning and our salesman was impossible to work with. He was completely uninformed and made promises that he then tried to take back and couldn't follow through with. There was a complete lack of communication. We were told over and over that we would be called "first thing in the morning" or given specific times that we would be called and never were so we had to be the ones to make the calls. We were told our vehicle would be ready on Monday...then on Wednesday...then on POSSIBLY Saturday (8 days after signing paperwork). We were told they had the parts already in that they needed and then we were told that the parts truck had broken down and couldn't deliver the parts. Extremely frustrating experience from the start (which sucks because we loved the vehicle that we were going to purchase). We ended up cancelling everything because the headache and frustration was NOT worth it.

In 30 years I have never found a dealership that provides the exceptional level of service and quality that I received at Valley Nissan of Longmont!! Not only did they provide an exceptional level of service when I purchased a used vehicle from them recently. They not only showed me a level of service that is rarely found in this day and age, but they have consistently stood by the vehicle, even with the vehicle being a GMC. I cannot recommend them enough that if you need to purchase a vehicle, these are the people that you absolutely must see!!! Thank you!!!

It is unfortunate, but I have to leave this review. I showed up to do a test drive with Austin, who was very polite and kind. We did the test drive and everything went well. My wife and I were not ready to trade in our current vehicle, we simply wanted to test drive a possible next vehicle. Austin, being a good salesman, began to push us towards a trade in and purchase the vehicle we test drove. We were not uncomfortable and know the game of trying to make a car sale, so we just let Austin and his team do the trade in value process and present their pricing. Through all of this, Austin was very helpful and honest, respectful and straightforward. My wife and I had not fully discussed it and had not prepared to buy the car that day. We said no to their price, and they asked us what price would make us change our minds. We gave a much lower number than I'm sure they cared for because we weren't ready to see and buy the vehicle inside two hours, let alone not having an inspection done. We knew it would be an act of God for them to accept that price, but unless we got a screaming deal, we were going to keep our walkaway power and not purchase the same day. Austin, being the good salesman that he is, leaves to see what he can do, but instead we are then confronted with someone named Christopher who promptly says our price is ridiculous, treats us contempuously, is not friendly or kind, and promptly insults my family. I know the price we gave was low, even unrealistic, but nothing makes it okay to insult my family. I will never use or recommend this place, but if you must, ask for Austin, he'll take care of you.
