Joshua did a great job of taking care of me. My Exoedition was giving me transmission problems and my family and I were on vacation in Colorado. He moved me to the front of the line for a diagnosis and discovered the transmission had been overfilled by another dealership 2 days earlier. They drained the excess and fixed my issue at no charge. I took my 2002 Ford Thunderbird to Mike Maroone Ford for service. My advisor / service consultant was Josh Anderson and he was great to work with. He investigated the problems I was having with the car and worked to resolve all of them. He made sure that my “baby” was safe and parked inside at the dealership almost the entire time my car was at the dealership for service. Josh kept in touch with me while the work on my T-bird progressed. I’ll bring my car back to Josh and Maroone Ford should the need arise.

Be very careful to pay attention to what they are recommending for services. I have a service package that I got when buying my truck. Multiple times now they have recommended services that I have already completed through their shop. Two times in a row they have recommended brake flush and fill and when questioned about it they say that they only recommend based on mileage. I've never known a shop to recommend brake flushes at 5000 mile intervals. Same with engine and cabin air filters every 5000 miles. It seems to be a fairly dishonest practice to always recommend changing air filters at 150 dollars every 5000 miles. And having back to back trips where they recommended a 600 dollar brake flush and fill claiming also to be from mileage even though it's in their shop every 5000 miles. It seems pretty clear they are trying to just up sell anyone that doesn't know better or isn't paying attention to the services that are being recommended. The services that have gotten done are done well, so I won't leave a one star.

I leased a vehicle from another Ford dealership. As part of the package, I negotiated free oil changes from any authorized Ford dealer. I scheduled an appointment at Mike Maroone Ford to redeem the first oil change as this dealership is the shortest drive for me. When I called to confirm that my oil change would be at no cost, I talked to an abrasive woman who dismissed my free oil changes stating that since I didn't buy from them then they wouldn't honor my free oil change. When I mentioned that I had proof of my free oil changes, she transfered me to someone that didn't pick up. I haven't heard from the service department and don't expect to hear from them. It's very frustrating to negotiate a service valid across all Ford dealerships only to have other Ford dealerships actively refuse to honor your free service.

Wow am I impressed with the recent service I had done during a simple oil change, First off, I was able to schedule my appointment through the app, then I received a call to confirm, I took my vehicle in and they did my oil change and washed my vehicle and after I left I received a video of a complete undercarriage inspection showing me how everything was looking by Daniel Escobar! I have NEVER had such great customer service at any other dealership as I have had here. Thanks again to the service department!

By far the most pleasant, stress-free, and seamless service center experience I have ever had. Joshua Anderson is an absolutely fantastic service advisor, and extremely accommodating. He was so quick to handle all of my concerns. And even helped me use FordPoints (that I didn’t know I had) to cover the cost of my service. As a long time Ford owner, I have never felt so cared for as a customer. I’m not sure why anyone would take their Ford vehicle somewhere else.

They tried to charge $600 for a spark plug and $600 for transmission fluid among a list of suggested services totaling $8000. I even sent the video/diagnosis list to another Ford Dealership and they were baffled by these charges and the diagnosis, saying it was unclear and unnecessary. Do not go here, you will get scammed, and they will nickel and dime you every step of the way.

I purchased a Blue Certified 2019 BMW X5 from Mike Maroone Ford Longmont and had to return the vehicle to service two days after purchase due to multiple issues that became apparent almost immediately. The car was dropped off on October 16 and I did not receive it back until December 8, meaning I was without the vehicle for 53 days. The issues were serious and should never have been present on a Blue Certified vehicle. They included a faulty oil pressure pump, a leaking front suspension, interior ambient lights not working properly, and a malfunctioning parking brake, which is a critical safety issue. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. Repairs were split between BMW and Ford, but coordination and updates were unclear, and I was repeatedly left trying to get answers myself. At one point, I was notified that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I drove over two hours one way to Longmont, only to arrive and find that the car was not fully repaired, including the unresolved parking brake issue. I was simply handed the keys without a proper explanation or verification of the completed work and had to check the vehicle myself. During a phone call, the service manager told me they would work to “make things right,” including discussing an extended warranty due to the long repair time and inconvenience. However, when the vehicle was finally returned to me after the last repair, I was only handed the keys, with no follow-up, no discussion, and no communication afterward. I never heard anything further despite what was previously stated. Being without a newly purchased vehicle for nearly two months, making unnecessary long trips due to miscommunication, and receiving no follow-up or accountability is unacceptable—especially for a vehicle sold under a certification program that is supposed to provide peace of mind. While the car was eventually repaired, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Very poor experience overall.
