I had issues with my belt however I’m a little annoyed. They didn’t realize that it was the compressor that was really bad all along. I did like we need a new belt probably didn’t need a new pulley system as those rarely need replaced, especially since my car only had 60,000 miles on it. Honestly, I was a bit rude with them Decided to sell my car because it’s not worth it but that’s not their fault and that’s not on them. Anyways, I’m updating my review to four stars because they worked with me very patiently. I will say they’re A bit pricey, but they do guarantee their warranty and that’s why.

Do not go here! The young man named Gavin will rip you off blind. He's a fast talker and will try to take advantage of your kindness. I specifically told him I wanted a conventional oil change and when it was all done I was charged for Duramax full synthetic. Never paid this much for an oil change in my 40+ years of owning a vehicle. Bad business practice Gavin !!

We have a BMW X5 and they took wonderful car of our car. They did a full diagnostic for free before ever charging anything. Which we have been charges major fees just to take a look at the car. Once the problem was found, they swiftly fixed the car in no more than a day. Quick and easy, the process was stress free. Customer service was exceptional. I was in CO for a family road trip from CA. I received an “engine / reduced performance” notification for my 2020 Volvo xc60. They were able to take me on a Saturday. Awesome a pre-purchase inspection…they e-mailed a detailed report with pics and videos and followed up with a call. It was all I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. Bottom line, Pride Auto was more responsive than others in the area (3-day wait for the MB dealer and other shops), their work and communication was top tier, and the price was better than others in the area by about $50.

DO NOT go to longmont pride auto care unless you know your car parts. They changed management. Former manager joel when i went last year was a fantastic manager and very honest and easy to work with. The new manager is extremely rude and argumentative. Lied arguing with me making claims about telling us about a car part being bad on our last visit when this is the first time ive met her and i have not seen her before. They told me my oil was black and in dire need of a flush and change, so i took my car to grease monkey to get the oil changed and they showed me my dipstick before changing it out. Its not even close to black. I'll be taking my car to another car shop for my other repairs and i will update this later with price comparisons since according to a lot of my friends, they also boost the price of car repairs 3x over

These folks will treat you right! Every interaction has been kind and caring. Though they couldn't fix the issue I had with my car, it wasn't through lack of trying. They contacted many folks for their assistance, and when they couldn't help me, they quickly informed me and gave me advice on how to proceed. They even gave me a note to pass on to the next person so that I wasn't starting from square one. If you have auto troubles, these folks will treat you right!

ZERO STARS would be most accurate. I had my engine replace over $10,000. expense. I thought Pride was when mechanic I could trust Based on PREVIOUS MGR reputation/relationship. Once I got.my car there they took on new mgr. & staff. It HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! A. They delayed the work for weeks without notice. I traveled 100+miles only to find out it was not ready (multiple times). NEVER APOLOGIZE JUST EXCUSES. B. I had to have work re-done MULTIPLE TIMES. C. I HAD TO RENT A CAR SO THEY COULD KEEP IT AGAIN. I WAS TOLD TO TAKE down Google post so they would pay for rental. LEAK, Lose & missing parts. E. LEAK got worse - I had mechanic in Vail fix errors they still didn't do correctly. NO HOSE CLAMP! YIKES! F. Oil Pressure Sensor now needs to be replaced Should have been replaced with new engine. Mgr Kelly & Regional Mgr Missy were looking into paying cost. Several weeks have past.Now GHOSTING ME!

I wasn’t going to provide a review but they asked, so here goes. I saw a coupon online for a $39.99 full synthetic oil change. I called and spoke to a gentleman there to ask if tire rotation is included in their oil changes and he said, “Yes, but only with that coupon,” so I scheduled the appointment. I arrived on time and there were no other customers on site. There were two men at the desk and one, who I believe was the manager, also in the front office. I sat in that room with them for an hour waiting for my car while they trash talked other auto service businesses and employees in town. I left to take a walk and get away from the negativity and when I came back a half hour later, my car still car still wasn’t done. When they finally finished, the charge was $80. I told him I’d come in on the $39.99 coupon and he said they couldn’t do synthetic oil changes for that price and it would be $80. If they can’t do it for that price then why did they put out a coupon for it and confirm it on the phone?? Then, they told me I had a massive oil leak and that I would need to schedule a “leak detection test” with them so they could find the it because oil was everywhere in my engine. I didn’t trust this after being deceived about the cost of the oil change so I took it to my dealership who immediately identified the source of the leak – it was only coming from the improperly installed oil filter that I had just gotten at Pride. This place is S H A D Y and I cannot recommend them.

I had an outstanding experience with Pride Auto Care in Longmont, and I want to recognize Paul and Vinny for going above and beyond. After having the fuel filter replaced on my 1998 Mountaineer, the vehicle suddenly wouldn’t start. Paul at the front desk immediately stepped in to help. He stayed calm, listened carefully, and quickly brought Vinny, their automotive technician, over to take a look. Vinny diagnosed the issue right away—low fuel pump pressure—and explained everything clearly. Since the Mountaineer couldn’t be driven, Paul even arranged an Uber to get me home, which I truly appreciated. Once the fuel tank was removed, Vinny discovered it needed a thorough cleaning. He took the time to remove all the contaminants and get the tank back into proper condition. He also flushed the cooling system and performed a two‑part fuel system flush to make sure everything was running clean and smooth. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine customer service from both Paul and Vinny was exceptional. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I’m very grateful for their hard work. Pride Auto Care has definitely earned my trust. Thank You Gentlemen.
