I’ve been having trouble with my car battery all week. I went in today to see what was going on. The entire staff was on it at some point during my three visits today. They tested it and offered ideas on how to troubleshoot without having to just jump straight into a new battery. Ultimately that ended up being what was needed, which was absolutely ok. I appreciated all of their willingness to help and to go above and beyond to make sure we could take care of it today. THANK YOU to you all! You are appreciated more than you know! 😊

bad experience! I ordered a part that was supposed to be there in a couple hours and it took 2 1\2 days to get it to the store. the employee that took the order was rude and didn't care much about the customer so i finally got the part and it turned out to be the wrong part so i had to go back to the store and reordered a new part it was only a couple hours for the part to get to the store when i called them to make sure they received the part another employee was rude and just said it would be there when it said it would be i asked him can you check for me to make sure he didn't or care to go check if they got it so i drove back again they had a part but it was the same part i just returned and that employee told me the one i wanted was unavailable he was helpful {1 out of 3 employees was helpful and not rude } but after 3 days of waiting for the part and not getting it i mean you guys should fix this kind of service

I came into this store after being led astray by a competitor and I am very glad I did. I was helped by Max and I honestly don't think I've gotten better customer service anywhere. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I thought I needed a new valve cover AND I had the wrong motor type. Max realized immediately that I was asking for the wrong thing and, instead of selling me a new valve cover, he sold me the gaskets I actually needed, saving me a lot of time and money. He even went a step further, helping me replace the gaskets right there in the store, explaining and teaching as he went. This is where I will be coming from now on.

Larry was very rude and made me and my friend seem like we were a hindrance to his life and job. We were just trying to make a return and he was frustrated at the fact that we had multiple items. He started spamming things on the desk and kept sighing.

Stuart and Ben are saints! Had to replace the starter in my 1500. Sunday evening, all of the garages were closed. Ben showed my little brother and I how to take the old one off and put the new one in. We would have been struggling for hours rewinding youtube videos and probably torn the truck up if it wasn't for Ben. FANTASTIC SERVICE IN EVERY WAY!

Mike the manager was sooo helpful to me to get my daughters battery out of her car. He even lent me the tools to get it out. After he tested it we put it back in and jump started it successfully. He told us to come back so he could double check the charge and the alternator. He also gave my daughter some advice to avoid this from happening again.

I visited O'Reilly's today Feb12th as I needed to replace a 2024 Ioniq 5 12 volt battery that was once replaced by Stevenson Hyundai in Frederick after six months of ownership. The reason for replacement is I have been locked out of my car "dead battery" had it towed to my house, stopped in traffic "dead battery", had it jumped by AAA 6 times because of Hyundai's inferior battery. O'Reilly replaced the battery with a top of line battery which included a 4 year warranty. These 3 gentlemen treated me with respect, did not insult my knowledge of what was happening since I'm a woman and considered the situation as a very serious problem. Stevenson never treated me with respect and said "parts are on back order for 6 weeks and no we cannot give you a loaner". GREAT Stevenson Hyundai I will never lease or purchase a vehicle from you again. LL
