AP Auto Brokers has a great selection of cars and trucks. I had seen a particular one on internet, my wife and I drove two hours to look at. It was really clean, in great shape, and just what we wanted. Doug spent a lot of time working with our bank so we could make the purchase in one long trip. Nice guy, dealership, and a great experience. Check it out!

Had almost half down ready to finance the rest(even had a co-signer) had a hard pull for Isaac to tell me in the beginning if I don’t get it he will raise the price of the car, now Westlake financial said they would accept me on the condition if the dealership pays 500$. “I can’t afford to do that maybe if the car was already raised higher to 9000.” Sounds like he made his mind up to just raise it to higher for the next person I’m talking about the chevy Cruze 2011 .I will gladly share my experience with this dealership .DONT RECOMMEND 👎🏼

Found a truck online. Asked about and agreed upon a purchase price before I drove over an hour and a half to see it. It had issues not expected (such as tailgate not opening) and a few other things. But I was still willing to buy it for the agreed upon price. Then all of the sudden he wanted almost $6000 more. I showed him the conversation I had with him (Issac) and he claimed he got the truck confused with a minivan, although there are pictures and descriptions of the pickup in the conversation.

Just purchased a vehicle from AP Auto Brokers. Said an inspection was completed on the vehicle, however, upon further inspection from a mechanic, a radiator leak, water pump leak, AC compressor leak, control arms, struts, drive belt, and axle joints are all needing repairs. $8,800 quoted for all repairs. I would be cautious in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Shame on me for not taking the vehicle to a mechanic and trusting their word.

Isaac is the dealership's cat drove a whole 3 hrs for a car we talked about and showed up and he didn’t have it didn’t want to show me because of my skin color saying I can’t afford it

Bought a Ram 1500 back in April. The inventory was clean and the vehicles priced reasonably. The truck has been great so we’re thankful for that. Three stars because we were told last minute after being promised a warranty that they’re selling the truck as is. Issac went back on his word regarding the warranty explaining that since we negotiated the price down ($500) he could no longer offer it. If that was mentioned when the original negotiation happened that would’ve been understandable. However after lining up money over the next few days and minutes before paying this is mentioned it felt shady. Not a way to do business and build trust with customers. The truck is great but will never do business here again.

Just purchased a motorcycle from Isaac paid cash and when i came to pick it up it would not start it sounded like it needed a starter so Isaac said he was gonna have a mechanic come and put a starter in and when I called to check to see if the starter had been completed, he said that the battery just needed to be charged so when I went back to pick it up, I barely got it home and when I called him to let him know, there was more issues going on with it. He was no help i reached out to him to see what resolution he has and no response!! So after having a Harley mechanic come out and look at it I was told that it has several electrical issues and also needs a new transmission so here I am sitting with a non-running motorcycle and I’ve only had the motorcycle a couple of days and they wont do nothing about it

I couldn't be more impressed and I have bought many many vehicles for work and personal use. I flew out from Illinois for a truck and took kind of a big risk really, and it paid off big time. I drove an hour to check 2015 ford transit and it turns out they dont even have the van in there lot because they took it for some repairs last night and couldn't even notify me and isaac apply for financing with out my consent and if you know the car has issues why they still send my application to the bank and when I spoke about Isaac basically kick me out and told that I better leave when he is the one doing shady bussines i am definitely contacting the Dealer board and see what they got to say about it

What a great experience turned BAD. My family and I drove over an hour to look at purchasing my very first car. Came into the dealership to look at their 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Everything was going smooth until I was LIED to and DISRESPECTED. Their employee Isaac got on the phone with another employee to find out how low they can can go on the price. Over the awkward silence on the phone we could hear the conversation and the price coming in was $11,500 then went to $11,900. After hearing this Isaac decided the lowest they could do was $12,700. (Unknowing we heard the conversation). Because of this we decided to not take the car and left until we got a call back that they could work out a little bit of a better deal. Once we returned, check in hand ready to purchase this vehicle my mother asked if there was gas so we would know if we had to stop on our way home. Isaac stated and I quote “We’re giving you a good deal so that’s not our problem” and “I don’t know and I don’t care” then chuckled. I looked at my mother and my sister and we got up and left. Never have I encountered such rudeness and disrespect in my life. All we asked was if there was gas in the car as we did not notice, not that we needed them to make sure it was filled. I would rather pay more money elsewhere than to give my hard earned money to a business who is ignorant and unmannered. I hope with the next car they hopefully sell they use it to invest in Isaac’s much needed customer service and mannerism training. :)

I purchased my car from this dealership in April, and since then I’ve experienced numerous issues. The vehicle now requires repairs totaling about $1,000 more than what I originally paid for the car. This was my first time buying a used vehicle, and even with my uncle present, I felt rushed during the process. The person handling the sale, who I believe was the owner, seemed impatient and did not take the time to fully explain things or ensure I felt confident in my decision. I wish there had been more transparency and a more thorough inspection prior to sale. Because of my experience, I would strongly advise future buyers to proceed with caution and obtain an independent inspection before purchasing.
