Good guys and good prices. The Harley Davidson shop out here wouldn't put tires on my Suzuki. These guys did it in about an hour and a half and for about $100 less than the Harley shop quoted me (before they found out I ride a lowly Suzuki). They were very nice and very accommodating. I kinda wish they would have cleaned the blue off my whitewalls but a couple minutes at the car wash took care of that.

They make mistakes (everyone does) but they don't stand behind their work. I brought my bike in to have new tires put on. They noticed that my back brake pads were in need of replacement. I gave them the go-ahead to do the work. After two rides and less than 100 miles, the pads fell off. I immediately went back to the shop. Their mechanic looked at it and admitted that the issue was due to an error in the installation. Rolf (the owner) said the guy who worked on my bike was no longer there. He refused to fix the problem and refused to return my money. I brought my bike to the dealer and it's costing me $550 to re-do the work they did and replace other parts that were damaged due to their negligence. On top of that... Rolf was remarkably defensive and was raising his voice at me while refusing to help me. I strongly advise you to avoid this place.

I brought my 1978 Honda cb550 to Rolf's. The bike was in awful shape and nothing was working right. Rolf's team worked their magic, bringing it back to life and putting a giant smile on my face. They were awesome with communication, thoughtful with repairs, and prioritized staying under budget. They are the real deal. I plan on being their customer for life. Thank you Rolf's!

Rolf’s and his crew did a Fantastic job on my 06 shadow carb troubleshooting . Runs the best ever , they changed out jets in both carbs, fix a vacuum leak a previous shop left me with , and dialed it in perfectly , Quote was accurate , service was prompt and friendly . Thank you Rolf’s!!!

Rolf's Motorcycle Shop is your best choice for working on classic older motorcycles. I have nothing but HUGE positives to say about the communication and work that was performed. Before any work was started, Rolf called me to get an understanding of what I wanted to have done; then they performed an evaluation and contacted me again on the next steps that included, time, labor, parts and price. Everything was upfront and professional. I knew exactly when, what, how things were going to progress with my motorcycle --- excellent service. Brian (mechanic) is top notch and clearly understand how to resolve and repair older classic bikes. I was very pleased with his repairs on my motorcycle and his attention to quality as the work was being done. A+ Bottom-line, call Rolf if you need a repair on your older motorcycle. Visit his shop to get a real feel of his shop and staff not to mention a visit down memory road on his collection of older vintage motorcycles.

Called 3 shops to get a quote on a card rebuild for my 25 year old Honda XR. Rolf’s was the only shop willing to give a reasonable quote versus “we charge $125 per hour”. They did the work and an additional valve adjustment. The bike ran great but stopped idling after it about 20 minutes of riding, something they could not have tested. I took it back they fixed the idle issue no charge. Very happy with the work and the experience. Highly recommend!

I've should have known better once I saw the portrait of the Austrian corpal hanging in the office as they disassembled my forks and told me there missing parts which was incorrect. The mechanic projected an aroma of alcohol and bloodshot eyes. I ended up rebuilding my forks myself. I purchased the seals from Rolf and turned out to be wrong. Maybe I visited on an off day. His little white dog was the only positive thing I can say about this place.

Great place and great people to work with. Had a cracked and leaking valve stem . Brought bike in around noon without an appointment. Rolf and his crew got bike in replaced both stems and was able to change oil in same day. I'm sure same day service may not happen during busy times but was very pleased the were able to get me in and out that day. Dave Andrus

Rolf is extremely knowledgable and helpful for your motorcycle needs. He and his employees got an inherited bike ready to sell. Now we're still waiting and the title work....

I've been going to them for years. Trusted them with my motorcycles and felt confident in their work. After getting new tires and a couple weeks of time. The rear tire completely debeaded while traveling in a straight line at 35mph. After calling Rolf since they were the ones to install the tire. I no longer trust the business as a whole. Rolf was very defensive and offer little to no help. This could have been a catastrophe, and if you value your vehicle and yourself. I'd go elsewhere.

Rolf and his guys fixed a bike I had been having issues with for years. I paid a shop in Denver ~$4,000 to sort out the bike, when I got it back it ran terribly, burned and leaked oil and wasn’t very pleasant to ride. I rode it ~600 miles before I knew it again needed serious work. I got the referral from a friend in Ft. Collins and after about a month I got the bike back this morning and the joy and security immediately came back to a bike I’ve had since 2019. Not only will I gladly make the trek to Longmont but I will be spreading the word to my network that they are guys you want to work on your bike. It’s a 1979 Honda CB750 built out in a cafe racer style. Absolutely floored with how good it looks, rides, and sounds.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT bring any bike here for any repairs whatsoever! I needed my sfv650 worked on as my gas was leaking and I would have a strong odor of smelling like gas after riding.. I brought my motorcycle here to Rolf's as my last resort as other mechanics here in Longmont either don't work on metrics or were too busy schedule wise.. I was already told by a trusted person that the owner Rolf was not to be trusted and even considered sketchy. That being said I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I dropped off my motorcycle and the next day they called me that my bike was ready. My gas line was previously installed to my radiator and well gas was entering my radiator which obviously is not good at all. They fixed that issue as well as installed new fork seals and a oil change.. Keep in mind this is my first motorcycle and has been through a crash before me so there is some cosmetic damage but the bike only has 3,000 miles on it being a 2013! I never had no stalling issues when I got the bike rode the bike hard and rode over 200 miles before I took it to Rolf's to get checked out. When the bike was done I picked it up and rode it home.. now I was about three blocks away from where I live when I was on 2nd gear climbing through the rpms (not near redline) when the bike suddenly shut off on me. THIS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME EVER, NOT ONCE BEFORE I TOOK IT TO ROLF'S. I pulled over to the side scared out of my life as I never was expecting the bike to shut off randomly.. the bike kept on flashing a red light 'FI' and after a couple of times trying to turn on the bike it started again.. only to stall on me once again before I got home.. I immediately called Rolf and was greeted with attitude from him over the phone. I took my bike back to him the same day (about 35 minutes after picking it originally from him) of course Rolf had left the shop by the time I got there... the mechanics took my bike and told me they would look over it and ride it the next day. I came back the next day and they told me they rode the bike several miles and no stalling whatsoever. So I took my bike again and on my way home and not even 3 miles away from the shop the bike shut off on me again!!! I called them and they met me where the bike left me stranded.. they followed me on the bike and I rode it just as I did before. Of course the bike didn't shut off on me.. so I ended up taking the bike to my house.. and a couple of days later when I was finally able to ride due to weather conditions.. I rode the bike to my work all good no hiccups. But when it was time to leave. My bike did not want to turn over. It kept showing me the "FI" light... once I got ahold of Rolf I was once again greeted worse with attitude from him. Expressing to him my concerns he was more upset than I was and hung up the phone on me.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! they did tell me I needed a new tank which I was aware of but the moral of all of this was my bike NEVER STALLED OR SHUT OFF ON ME BEOFORE I brought the bike to Rolf. Now even if they did fix my motorcycle correctly the first time I wouldn't ever come back due to the the quick temper Rolf has. If you had gotten here and read all of that mess.. I truly would not recommend you bring any Motorcycle here to Rolf's I was better off taking the bike out of town or to literally anyone else. And yeah Rolf refuses to look at my bike without me purchasing a new tank. Thanks Rolf for making my first motorcycle experience a nightmare. Now I have hesitation riding my bike that it will leave me stranded somewhere or shut off on me while riding. Don't visit here! Congratulations for being my first 1 star review. You earned it!

I'm not sure how good they are at maintaining or fixing bikes, but I'll never know because within the first 10 seconds of being on the phone with them I was rudely answered after I simply asked if I could schedule a normal service appointment. Their first response was "what bike!?" as if I was witholding this information from them against their will. I didn't want to have to drive my bike all the way up to Ft Collins to visit the dealership, but at least they're not socially inept or void of proper manners. You'd think a local place like this would be more welcoming of new customers. I'm not normally one to write reviews, but this interaction just left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Awesome service and knowledge! I've had my Suzuki Intruder 1400 for 12 years now, my first and only bike, and learned even more about it while talking to Rolf. Moved up to Westminster from Littleton a year ago, and have found my new motorcycle shop! They replaced my front tire, several fluids, my main seat, and gave it a general tune-up. IT RUNS BETTER NOW THAN IT HAS IN MANY YEARS!

Rolf and Brian are super cool. Top notch mechanics. Rolf assured me that he could fix my motorcycle, and even lent me a trailer to haul my bike to his shop for the diagnosis. Within 10 minutes Brian had determined what the problem was and said it was no big deal to do the repair work. A few days later, I rode my baby back home and she ran like a new bike. I can't recommend Rolf's Motorcycle shop enough. I will continue to give them business, because finding quality mechanics can be difficult sometimes. THANKS TO EVERYBODY AT ROLF'S.

I'm not from Longmont but I knew about Rolfs, I guess it's a part of that tangled web we weave. Anyway, I was making a fairly long trip on a little Honda Scooter when my front valve stem failed. My first stop was at Discount Tire and they flat out said NO! Next stop was Rolfs. The Mechanic on duty wasn't very talkative but he replaced the valve stem and aired up my back tire as well and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. This is the kind of shop I like and I appreciate. There is a human quality at Rolfs that you don't find anymore. I give them a solid A+. The mechanic on duty really saved my day.

My wife bought a 2024 R3 from Tri City this past riding season. The bike had been laid down but mostly cosmetic. Or so we thought. The more she would ride the more she felt like the bike would pull to one side pretty consistently. We are new to the area and wasnt sure who to trust to give the bike a look over. We stumbled across Rolfs shop and decided to give them a shot. After dropping her bike off, I checked out Rolfs reviews on here and saw a couple that I want to clear up as very misleading about the shops attitude or phone manners. We had a great experience dealing with these guys. The thoroughly looked over her bike and found the wheels to be pretty out of alignment which was upsetting to hear considering Tri City claimed they gave the crashed bike a solid inspection. Clearly not. My wife is super happy with the way her R3 rides now and Rolfs pricing is very reasonable. Im giving this review a full 5 star because Im not going to write out a separate review for my bike which I just got back today from Rolfs. I took my 2007 GSXR in for a routine valve adjustment, a new sproket/chain setup and a cam chain tensioner. Dropped the bike off last Saturday for just the chain and sprocket at first and he said i could probably have it back Saturday afternoon. I set it all up and then called back because I decided to get the valve adjustment done too. They fit me into their schedule and I had the bike back in less than a week. Let me tell you, the bike FEELS like its running incredibly as of now and I can only thank Rolfs shop for the outcome. The shop mostly had cruisers when I stopped by but dont let that stop you from taking your sport bike there too! As a sport bike rider, theres always a stigma and this place didnt make me feel that at all. They'll be working on this households bikes for as long as the shop is open.
