Lucas and Bre are wonderful people! Super friendly and understanding. I’ve taken my cars here since Lucas became owner and have never turned back. As a young woman they have always made sure my concerns were addressed in a timely and financially appropriate manner. Lucas and Jeremy have done all of my exhaust work and have taken extra time to make sure it is at my highest standards. They are always very welcoming and explain things to me in a understanding way. While visiting Longmont to spend time with my roommates family my car's exhaust pipe broke very close to when we needed to leave. I brought my car here without calling or appointment which I hate to do to businesses since I consider it very rude, but despite that the mechanic working here was able to fit my car in and fix it the same day! I know I am extremely lucky that they were able to make time for my car and get everything done so quickly, but I can't express enough how much I appreciate Romero's for it! Definitely will be coming back here for any car issues while in Longmont.

Took my car in around 1:15 and was asked to come back at 3:00 when he was able to finish the cars in the bay. Very nice and cordial and was able to get the tailpipe/muffler repair done in less than 30 minutes. Came out and asked first but offered my daughter a lollipop to keep her preoccupied while the job was being done. We recently just moved to Longmont and Romero’s was the first place we had stopped at without calling around, 5/5 will be bringing my car(s) back in for repairs in the future!

Lucas took great care to listen to me and provided excellent service! I needed a catalytic converter after bringing my car from out of state and Lucas understood I knew exactly what I needed and took care of it. I wanted to start where I knew work was needed to save money and after the install my WRX passed emissions. Two levels failed at double and triple the limit, now both levels are very low. I like to work on my car myself but when I needed a professional Lucas took care of me! Great service, quick work and an unbeatable price. I can’t thank him enough!

We have enjoyed driving older cars which means they need maintenance. Lucas replaced our catalytic converters for a very fair price. He also promptly responded to a follow up issue with a persistent dash light warning and politely took care of the issue with no extra charge. Nice to have an honest local favorite (in a nice new location) and I highly recommend Lucas for exhaust system work.

Super friendly and fast! Muffler delete for less than $150, and took them less than 45 minutes. I’ve been looking for a good muffler shop up north and I’m glad to say I found it. The service was above and beyond. Came in to get 2 trucks worked on, left one truck and took off to the brewery in the other. The shop manager brought the finished truck and took the other. All while I was enjoying a beer.

UPDATE: Owner didn't even look at the receipt attached. It shows his shop. Failure to properly weld a muffler hanger can end up costing more in the long run. They welded it twice and then talked me into getting a completely new muffler. It cost us $325 to replace the spare. See the picture of their negligence. Check the last name again... Browne. The truck has been there 3 times. Check the receipt I just attached. WE WERE THERE... AND NOT JUST ONCE!

I have been to this place multiple times and am very happy. I had a break ABS sensor replaced and a window switch replaced. After a few months the ABS sensor went bad again. They were so kind and replaced the sensor again for free with an OEM one, I couldn’t be more pleased to have someone that will take care of me even if it is inconvenient for them.
