I can not thank Emily and Ben at Firestone enough for their outstanding service! I found myself in a stressful situation with an unexpected punctured tire, and they immediately jumped in to help. They were kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to get me safely back on the road. I left feeling taken care of and grateful. Firestone Longmont absolutely delivered.

I have been a customer of the Longmont Firestone Store for many years. In the past, they have gone the extra mile to service our vehicles. This is no longer the case. Recent retirements and management changes have resulted in less than reliable service on promised service timeframes. In fact, I don't know why a person would make an appointment when the timeframe for completed service is hours different on the day of service. Even an apology would have gone a long way. Very disappointed and frustrated and may be seeking another store even though this is the most convenient one for us.

Dropped car off at 7.45 for an oil change and tire rotation. It’s 5.15 and I’m still waiting. I’ve been a customer for 10 yrs and I’ve never had this experience before- terribly disappointed.

Before leaving the shop yesterday, I was inclined to leave a five-star review. Today, after having my Tire Pressure light turn on twice, the first time after I was halfway home, going back to have someone adjust the interior controls, and then at 10:30pm while picking up my granddaughter from work to take her home, twenty miles away, the light comes on again! WOW. (Today before work, I need to go back in to have them actually check the tire pressure, etc… Inconvenient/Annoying!) 😣 The manager, Emily was shorthanded and running around frantically trying to keep things going. Props to her but when I got home to look at my bill, I had no warranty on the four tires which I had just purchased. I was charged for the disposal of four tires, instead of three, I kept one for a spare which was still in good shape. A five-star review, in my opinion, is all about the details.

Editing this review 3 months later, because I found out so many things were done wrong with my car... at this point I would never recommend that anyone trust Firestone with their car. First, one of my belts was squealing horribly once they were done fixing my car, and they said that replacing one belt probably shifted the pressure, and they would need to replace that one, too (my car has 2 belts). But they said they couldn't find my belt and would have to order it and call me. They never called me, and I went to the Autozone in town, and they had the belt. Then, the very first time I used my replaced wiper blades, one flew off! I brought it back promptly the next day and they replaced the wiper blade again and made sure it was secured. But what happened that was really terrible was with one of the more "routine" things they did for me, which was the oil change. I went to get my oil changed again today at my usual place, and they told me there was no oil on the dipstick, the oil filter was put on improperly and was loose, and there was no gasket on the drain plug. Basically, they told me my engine could have blown up from running on no oil, and the oil had leaked all over everything and was the cause of the squealing belt. They also said my engine might already be damaged from driving that way for a few months, so now I'm scared to get it looked at but I need to. I drive a lot sometimes for my job, and I have 2 kids with me almost all the time. It makes me so scared but also furious that my car was treated so carelessly when I spent about $1200 getting it fixed. I would never go here again, and recommend people go anywhere else.

We have taken our cars here for years and have been very happy with them. Until recently, must be under new management. Made appointment for a Friday and truck was not looked at for 4 days. No communication by staff of when they would look at it. Until we had to call and then they couldn’t fix it. My husband lost days of work due to no truck. Could have had it fixed already if they had more competent staff. Stay away horrible now

Needed tires for my daughter’s Jeep . I decided to get what was already on there and called Firestone in Longmont and Gary was able to find some after searching around. He worked with me on the price and got them on as soon as was possible. My daughter was happy and so am I.

Emily and the staff at Firestone complete auto care and Tire restored my faith in customer service. While other businesses continue to come up short, they were able to get my car in right away for a flat tire, even though they were getting slammed. I appreciate them so much and they will have a customer for life. Thanks again.

I went to Sam's Club to install 4 new tires (I have a gash in the sidewall so it's rather urgent to fix). They informed me that my lugnuts were swollen and if they continued trying with the tools they had they would probably strip them. They refer me to Firestone Longmont since it's .2 miles away, and tell me to get new lugnuts it should be around $100-$150. I go to Firestone and the manager on duty was very polite and professional. Ben helped me through the whole process. BUT he informed me that final price for 20 lugnuts and labor was over $500!! He said they'd have to break them and replace them which at first I thought he just meant the lugnuts but that didn't make sense to me. Surely they meant to break the studs and replace those for this price right?.. Wrong. After paying for the service I go back to Sam's club and replace my tires. I tell the guy "Hey maybe don't quote customers $100 for replacing lugnuts from Firestone. They charged me over $500." The guy looked confused and asked about the studs and I said I hope they replaced them for that price. They checked while replacing my tires and they said they did not replace them. I go back to Firestone and asked Ben if they had replaced the studs and he said no only the lugnuts. I asked him why the bill was so high and he said "it's just the price of lugnuts these days, a few years ago you could get them for $2-$3 but not anymore. He said the CHEAPEST ones he could find were the $16.99 ones! I thought that to be very strange.. The price of lugnuts from Ford as OEM for 611-303.1 M12 x 1.5 wheel lug nuts FOR TWENTY is $160.00.. Less than HALF the price I paid. Rock Auto also has midrange of $4.67- $8.16 per lugnut. If I wanted cheap ones Amazon has some for $40 for 20 lugnuts but I did't want poor quality issues down the road, BUT.. $17 PER LUGNUT, is absolute lunacy! You would be mindful to use this place as a last resort at all costs. Firestone puts on a good show for you, but the whole time they're just trying to take advantage of you. You're better off going to a local shop and working with them on sourcing parts than a franchise that doesn't care about you. Ben was a cool guy from start to finish, my problem isn't with him specifically as it is the overall store's value for egregious profit margins and not considering the customer. This was my first and last time I'll ever use Firestone again.

Counter person was not friendly or forth coming on how long services would take after 3 hours of returning to the shop, no up dates or courteous attempts were made. The only thing I observed was that some in appropriate language was used that I overheard. No mechanic came in to tell me how service was going. I will not be using this establishment again. In bathroom was very dirty and not kept up.

Barry completely explained what the cause of my brake problems were and offered a full explanation of what it would take to fix the problem. I left with complete confidence in the work done at this location. The cost was extraordinarily fair. I’m not hoping for mechanical issues with my cars but if I have one, this is where I bring my car.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, providing all the necessary details about my car. However, when I arrived at the shop, I was informed that they couldn’t lift my car and therefore couldn’t perform the oil change. This was a frustrating experience, as I lost a day waiting for a service that couldn’t be completed. I advise against offering services or allowing appointments for services that cannot be performed.

When I make an appointment I expect it to be honored. Instead I come back after an hour to see some techs standing around chatting while my car hasn't been seen, yet. When I ask they say "Oh we were just getting it in" and immediately pull the car in (after the receptionist yelled 'he's waiting guys!' through a window). When I said that was unprofessional, the receptionist blamed me for it taking an extra hour. Then she refused to honor a coupon on their website, even after I showed it to her on my phone. She said it's $30 off. I asked her to show me where it said the word 'off' and she couldn't, but still overcharged me. Picture of coupon attached. It's a shame because the Saturday crew was so helpful and professional. The Wednesday crew seems inept and immature. I'll just get my work done at a different location from now on.

We just had a new radiator put in our Yukon. The customer service and repair were exceptional. From the store manager to the mechanic who worked on our vehicle. I've been going to this store since the 70's. And can say, the people here are one of the best Firesone has had

The lady at the front desk was nice and professional. the only thing I have to say is that I was charged for new valve stems in my tires and they didnt replace them. They ended up leaking and I had to get them replaced at the Firestone in cheyenne wy. I am not too happy about the situation.
