I went into repair a tire that had a nail in it and they told me the nail was on the shoulder of the tire and that I needed all 4 new tires replaced. I then went to a ma and pa tire shop off main and they told me the opposite and said it wasn’t on the shoulder of the tire and it’s completely repairable in which they patched the tire from the inside and It’s working perfectly. Moral of the story discount tires is out to just get your money so always get a second opinion.

I went there on recommendation from my son he told me they do free tire repairs. He knew I didn't have the money to deal with it at the moment. So I took my car in and they weren't able to fix the tire because it was old and it was starting to spilt which is why there was a slow leak. Poor Isaac tried to sell me a tire. I'm just to broke this time of year and after losing my husband money has just been to hard to come by. But Isaac went above and beyond the call of duty. He did me a solid for sure. I wished I could've tipped him . However I was planning on soupin up my car once I get some money I have been waiting for. So I believe I will be coming back to see Isaac for some new rims. and tires. Thank you so much Isaac you don't know just how much u helped me. I sure do appreciate u

I’ve always gotten my new tires at discount tire for the last 10 to 15 years. I think they’re great. This time they ordered the wrong tires and that was problematic to my schedule. When I came back, I waited for over two hours and they never even got to the vehicle and I had to leave because I had another appointment. On my third visit, they did the tire installation in about an hour or so. I like discount tire, but this time I was a little disappointed in a few items. I will continue to shop there.

Spent nearly two hours and two trips for 15 minutes of work. Booked online (which is supposed to give a faster turnaround), yet it still took over an hour. Then I had to return to the shop after leaving, as the center cap of the rim was left off of the right front tire. Waited an additional 10 minutes for this to be remedied. Got a reasonable price, but only after they price matched a better price that I found elsewhere.

Scary place. They have wires and ceiling panels hanging a above where people sit. Completely unsafe. They don't care. Greedy business. I told them a d the response who cares. When ask for owner number, guess what he dosent have one. Right. Do business elsewhere. In 20 years. This shop has gone way done. How about lowering your prices or giving employees a raise instead of doing g a second remodel months after the first. Shame on you discount. Do better!

EDIT: They were very proactive in finding a solution for the unfortunate situation. I appreciated that they took my complaint seriously. Thank you Mark for taking the time to hear what happened and trying to help while I was so far from your location. Original review I almost never leave bad reviews but their poor service left me stranded TWICE, once in the middle of nowhere. I originally went earlier this month because two of my tires were leaking. Austin went and looked at my tired and said yes, I did need two tires replaced. They replaced two tires but NOT one of the ones that was leaking (and therefore having me pay to replace a tire that I did not need/want replaced). This resulted in the remaining leaky tire becoming flat. I went back again and Austin and other employees didn't acknowledge the mistake. They made me wait over an hour then scheduled me to come in another day. I went in a few days ago and told Aurelius what happened and he apologized and said they would cover the cost of the new tire of they were unable to repair it. After checking the tire, they said they were able to repair the tire and I left without a bill. However, I noticed my tire pressure alert was still on. I (wrongly) assumed they had just filled it slightly less than 40 because this has happened to me at several locations. Just a couple days later I got stranded with a flat in the middle of nowhere. The same tire they said they had repaired. It is still leaking, I am stuck across the state and now have to figure out how to pay for a new tire when I bought two new tires to prevent just this problem weeks ago.

I set my appointment online and I was impressed by the professionalism and performance. They took less than 40 minutes to replace all my tires as requested with new ones after I handed over my key. I am also grateful they gave me a prompt call that morning to let me know my tires had been delivered to the store and they could move my appointment to that day if it fit my schedule, which I did.
