Great service! I am always treated respectfully and I feel they value integrity shown in their workmanship. Never pushed for services. I’m in and out and my car was vacuumed. This is however the first time I was told my fluids were topped off and I happened to check the next day and they were not. Also, when I left I could smell burning and when I checked the next morning there had been oil spilled where you add oil. Not a little mind you, I wiped it off when I checked the day after when it was light out. You can still see where the oil that was spilled was because it leaves a residue. I have been going there for years and honestly this is the first time I’m not 100% satisfied. I’ll go back because they have been great for years. But I will check prior to leaving next time or two. Forgot to provide me pictures of the oil leak they offered also but when I called and asked I was told they had forgotten. It happens when you are busy but this was the main reason I went in 500 miles before my oil change was due. I was offered to come back but I am already taking it to a mechanic for the work that needs to be done. So he will look and provide pics of leak so need to make an extra trip back. I truly do think this Jiffy Lube usually (in the past) has always done great by me. We all have off or busy days. See you in 5000 miles!!

The team went above and beyond not only did they take care of my oil change quickly but they also took the extra time to reset my oil alarm on the dashboard. Had a transmission flush and fill and oil change done by Ralph and Dawson. Ralph was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I was very comfortable with his approach and detail that he provided. These guys are surprisingly good at what they do and the customer service is great. I've been going here for years but was skeptical of anything outside of an oil change. They did break fluid changes on 2 different cars and a transmission fluid change on 1 of them: well worth it. This place is fast and friendly. They do a thorough job of vehicle inspections and they only offer recommendations on what could be replaced or flushed ( air filters, radiators, transmission, etc) according to your cars vehicle maintenance recommendations. They didn’t try to sale me on anything that I didn’t need and I really appreciated that! Recommend for anyone looking for oil changes in the Longmont area!

Went in for a simple oil change. Every associate at this location is amazing! From the second I pulled up I was carefully and thoughtfully guided into the bay. Each tech working hard and going over different bits of my car like I was in an auto spa. Checking tire pressure and air filters etc. Very courteous staff and extremely quick and efficient! I will definitely be returning 5k miles from now for my next oil change. They even went over the maintenance history of my car! Highly recommend
