This place has done a great job on my last Corvette and the Corvette I own now ,was even able to take a peak at the undercarriage of my Vette at all new piping I brought in,I highly recommend going here if your anxious to put a new exhaust on your ride and want reliability and great service at a good low cost ,I can't be happier.

Went to them for project truck. 2 months after the original agreed upon I still don't have a vehicle. Not only that they have cut corners to meet a new deadline. Which surprise surprise it still wasn't done. Im pretty sure they are using used parts as well. Had to call them out on used rotors when we checked out the conversion kit. Highly recommended going anywhere else

I brought my 2018 GMC DURAMAX to fix the deff and emissions system with Ismael because the gmc dealership wanted to charge me $4,500 to fix it and luckily Ismael did an external diagnosed and only charged me $2,000 to fix my truck!! I really recommend Kenz there really honest and great mechanics

I’ve been to these guys a couple of times now for exhaust work on my Cobra, and I highly recommend them to anybody who needs exhaust mods. Very good pricing, they did my x pipe for a fraction of the cost of other places I asked, they did very high quality clean welds and were pretty quick too. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could, these guys made my Cobra sound amazing.

I thought $350 to clean up the threads on 3 manifold collector bolts was a bit steep, but I was in a pinch and my truck was caked in mud so I let it slide. The reason for 2 stars was the lack of a receipt because the printer was “broke,” and no one bothered emailing me a copy after I gave my email. Also the vague explanation of services left me in doubt of how long it actually took. Quality of workmanship was solid though. Edit: About a week later my exhaust started leaking so I take back the quality of workmanship

Super easy to deal with. I took my car to get the mufflers cut off and have a straight pipe put on in the back. Went in talked to them, they took a look, gave me a price. Called them as my schedule wouldn't allow during the day and they accommodated my schedule to get my car done at a fair price. Super impressed will definitely come back if I need similar work.

In these days of corporate tire, brake, muffler shops, it's a real treat to see a small town, independent business thriving. They're probably doing well because they're ethical. I took our truck in for a diagnosis & quote on a blown gasket. I was given an estimate, which was pleasantly reasonable. I took the vehicle in to have the work done. It was completed in the stated time, and the total was within $4 of the estimate. The difference was simply the tax on the parts used. There was none of the standard, big company upsellng. We've all heard it, "Yes, Sir. The alignment you requested will be at the advertised price of $49.95. Unfortunately, we have discovered, during our 'complimentary' safety check, that you need a new engine, transmission, and catalytic converter, for a grand total of $7,049.95..." It was nice to have a service performed, as requested, at the price quoted, without any HQ mandated snake oil sales pitch. It's easy to understand why so many recommend Ken's.

The owner was so nice and did a fantastic job with the cat-back exhaust for my Nissan Titan Pro 4-X. The exhaust was installed within an hour and a half and at a good price. They went out of their way to tack-weld the bolt-on exhaust which was a pleasant surprise. Super nice couple running this business reminding me of my parents shop I grew up in.

If you want your exhaust work to be done with pipe that seems to be used before, that you could find at a hardware store, with welds that look like cobblestone, for an insane price, kens muffler is the place for you!

I scheduled an early appointment with Ken's Mufflers two weeks prior and showed up on time, only to find the shop completely closed. I waited for over an hour thinking they might just be running late, but no one ever showed up. What made it worse is that I never received a call or any notice ahead of time letting me know they wouldn’t be open. I even left a message the same day hoping to get a response or explanation, but I still haven’t heard anything back. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience, especially after making the effort to be there on time. Wouldn’t recommend based on their lack of communication and reliability.

My truck was a bit of a challenge since it has a newer engine type and it wasn’t easy to figure out the best muffler setup. I appreciated that they worked with me to try two different options. The problem came with the second muffler: it sounded great right after installation but quickly developed odd noises and a rough tone. After doing my own research, I learned from the manufacturer that the muffler installed wasn’t the correct size. On top of that, the welding looked rough and sloppy, definitely not what I expected on a brand-new, expensive truck. When I called to address it, they wouldn’t acknowledge that the wrong muffler had been used. I ultimately went to a different shop and had a much better experience. In my opinion, this shop is fine for basic work at an affordable price, but if you care about top-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, I would look elsewhere.

My mother took her car in because of an issue with her car starting. Long story short they changed out the starter and then proceeded to tell her that the issue wasn't the starter, but the alternator. I asked them why they changed the starter then? and they told me my mom told them she was having issues with her car "starter" and so they changed the starter (my mom's English isn't the best.) I'm no mechanic, I'm no business man, but if there is no issue with a part, would you change it out? If a poor older woman hard of English came in with an issue and the part was fine, wouldn't you keep the part in the car and just charge a diagnostic instead of for the full part and labor? This business is sketchy, horrendous, takes advantage of woman. I recommend you stay away
