I honestly rarely if ever leave reviews of places on any platform, but I absolutely had to leave a review of Knott's. I had a few minor concerns to check out so I took my truck in to Knott's. When I got there, the owner himself looked at the things that were concerning me, and he actually let me know that I was wise to make sure things were in good condition. But he said that everything checked out fine. Not only that, but he quickly checked and changed a blown fuse (I had already bought the new fuse to replace it myself) and he quickly looked at my brakes to make sure they were in good shape for my pending road trip. I wish I could bring my truck in there all the time, but I don't live in the area. I have never met such an honest man and mechanic in my life. He told me that he didn't really need to work on the truck because it was in good running order, he looked at my brakes, and he changed my fuse. He did all of that, and he didn't charge me. It was only a couple minutes of his time, but it was still his time. Don't go expecting free work people!!! That's not what this is about or what I'm saying. I can say that you can take your vehicle stress free and know it will get the best and most honest work in the business. Thank you Knott's for restoring my faith in the auto industry.

Knotts Auto is one of the best places you can take your car too. I am relatively mechanically inclined myself but sometimes I do not have the time to work on my own cars. I hands down recommend this shop to anyone and everyone regardless of their mechanical abilities. The main reason this shop blows all the triple A companies out of the water is because of their honesty. Never once have I felt misled or lied to about an issue with my car. I primarily deal with Colt (the shop owner) when I take my cars here and he is always friendly and easy going. TL;DR This is the best shop in north Denver for the price and quality of service performed.

Very friendly staff, everyone is very professional. I myself know nothing about cars so I was really nervous to first go in. Colt was very patient and was very clear about what was needed to fix the issues with my car. I brought it in needing a new mount, new battery & a ground cable.. among other things.. my navigation system wasn’t working when I first bought the car and I ended up leaving with it working properly. For everything that was done, I paid a fair price. Highly recommend 👍🏼

AMAZING!! All around great!! Prices, efficiency, timing and customer service all amazing. Colt kept in contact with us every step of the way and had our car back to us quickly. The pricing was so much less than any other shops around that we came down to him from Greeley. They've done work several times on my Corvette. 100% top notch work, great positive attitude, very competitive prices and they know their stuff. They take care of me every time. Glad I found a shop I can trust. That's pretty hard these days. Thanks guys for doing such a great job. Don't change a thing! 6/21/21: These guys landed a same day job, early morning--not major work, mind you--but took my job. I asked for some work that was out of their norm but they accepted. In the few years I've worked with Knott's, I've always been treated with this kind of exceeding expectations. If you are reading this, have them take care of your auto repair needs. As solid as you will ever get when it comes to an auto shop. TOP NOTCH.

What an outstanding guy! His customer service skills are top notch. He goes above and beyond in working with his clients. He is very honest and reputable. Our family has 4 cars of which we have had several in the shop for diagnostics and he's been very honest with each repair. Colt has even gone above and beyond by doing a preliminary inspection on some used cars before we have purchased them. This is an outstanding company and I highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest mechanic who cares about his customers first and not putting the profits first.

Colt and his team were amazing during my first experience! They did an extensive check on a car I was thinking of purchasing and were very honest about the work that would need to be done to get that car running like new. I ended up buying that car and went back to them to get my brakes replaced; not only were they able to squeeze me in on my day off, but they did an amazing job at repairing my newly purchased CR-V at a very fair price point. Really good reliable mechanic shop, I have taken my car her several times and have always been pleased with the work that they've done. The best part about this shop is the owner Colt, and how he stands behind the work done in his shop. The most recent experience that I've had with Knott's resulted in them replacing my head gasket for free! I can't say enough good things about this shop and it's owner! I would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a good trustworthy reliable mechanic.

I brought my car in to Knott's to get the starter checked out & replaced. Colt was friendly, respectful & knowledgeable. Service was fast & efficient. The price for my repair was considerably lower than any other estimate I received from other places. Colt even checked out the charging system, battery, ignition & alternator (No extra charge) just to make sure they weren't replacing unnecessary parts. What integrity! They care about their customers & have excellent customer service! He's got my business!

Great customer service and right on the price. These guys do great work and are prompt. I've always done all my repairs myself, but recently I purchased a vehicle that needed a transmission. I talked to Colt and he qouted me a price much lower than his competitors. At first I was skeptical, but I got my truck back and everything was perfect. Amazing experience. Very trustworthy and they will not recommend work that you don’t need (unlike other places I’ve been). I went there expecting certain things needed replacement and I was ready to pay. They walked me through the reasons why I did not need to do those repairs and focused on the ones I did need. Cars work great and they saved me a lot of money!

I set an appointment for Monday with Knott’s for a leak in my coolant system. By lunchtime my truck had been diagnosed, repaired, and was ready for pick up. They also did a tire rotation which I had requested. I was very pleased with their professionalism and service. They have a convenient key drop and key pickup for after hours as well.
