It was a long wait because they were busy. On 2 occasions they did a great job with my car AND the customer service is awesome! After 23 years of going to one shop, I am seriously thinking about changing to Valley Subaru. My current shop has gone down hill compared to what I receive at Valley Subaru.

After 20+ years of serving done on 4 Subies; it's hard to come up with new superlatives to describe the service department and the mechanics who have been all over my cars. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the only way I can describe my feelings for this company. Whether I purchased the car with them, or brought in a used model, they made everything right. Roger the service manager has been with the company, was a service writer when I brought my first one in; has built a great service team and all of them are great listeners and interested in great service. Good dealer, they have been servicing my last 5 cars since 2006, good crew, friendly and helpful. Update 9-18-23 Was able to get in for a service appointment for an inspection, and tire rotation and balance, have a cross country trip planned and they were able to Give me the info I needed to be confident of the long drive being no issue. Along with recommendations on several things to keep on the list to be replaced in the next oil change interval. Thanks for the quick turn around today 🙂

John from the service department was rude. Luckily he has a service manager that understands how to treat people. Chris(1 of the service managers) called and I had a great talk with him. He explained all that I needed to know thoughtfully and respectfully. Had a massive amount of information. Which was just what I require going in to get a pre-purchase inspection. Would have been 5 stars all around if not for John. Thank you. I will be back to get work done on my Subaru.

When keys go missing here are some helpful steps: 1. Call ahead, they'll get the parts ordered for your key (Mine's a 2010's Forester) 2. Get there early/make an appointment with service 3. Make sure the old key and the new key and fobs all work before you leave the lot :). Saves you a trip :) 4. Maybe bring a book, doordash a burrito or a sandwich if the wait time exceeds 2 hours. If you're feeling generous maybe give your service clerk one too. :D My sincere thanks to Jordan for helping me get new keys. Though it took a little longer than I anticipated but, the professionalism, communication and overall service is what I really appreciate from Valley Subaru. Looking forward to the next visit.

A+++ Scott is an amazing Technician in Subaru is lucky to have him. And you would be lucky to have him look at your vehicle superior performance very professional to the point very direct very honest. Felt like I just met a mechanic for life that knows exactly what he’s doing. Subaru is extremely lucky to have them they should pay them an extra thousand dollars a month. Scott walked through my vehicle showed me all the problems necessary things to fix unnecessary things to fix a wasn’t trying to Jack me. A $90 buyer inspection is a very well worth it. Now I have all the information I needed and I feel comfortable with this car driving across America! Thank you Scott! Chris the service man was also amazing! Great team!!!

The service advisor I had was friendly and well-informed. Unlike my old dealership in Austin. The oil change was $40 less expensive than the quick oil change places. The waiting area was clean, had free coffee, some cool Subaru merch, and no fox news blaring. I'll be back.

Surprisingly good service dept for a dealership. Their prices were always very competitive and communication is excellent. The problem is: we had 3 different issues develop on our Forester shortly after 100,000 miles. All were due to low quality factory parts, not a failure to maintain. I came to the conclusion that newer Subarus are junky cars with cheap parts, so we traded in the Forester for a Toyota. But the service here was excellent, I just didn't want to own a car that's needs to be in the shop so much.

Received a full synthetic oil change on our Forrester. The Customer Service, scheduling and communication via text messaging was great. They found "70 percent wear" on the rear brakes and quoted $680 to replace all rear disc's and rotors. Mileage is approximately 55k. Being retired and on a fixed income, we'll need to return in a few weeks for that one. Still adjusting to the cost of the new Michelien tires and "normal" maintenance items from a couple of months prior.

I went with to Valley Subaru with my daughter in her first step to buy a used Forester. She had never even driven a Subaru before, but with her research she decided she wanted a Forester. She chose Valley, because of the positive dealership reviews & it looked like they had some used Foresters. Bottom line, she left with a beautiful used Forester & she could not be happier. No buyer's remorse, no wondering if she should have checked out other places. It was that good. We worked with Willy who was patient, knowledgeable, informative, and also fun to work with. He was no pressure at all, but asked good questions that could have been useful in our search. The dreaded finance piece of it was amazing. Willy filled out all the paperwork & when we met with Dion to wrap things up, it was fast, easy & no pressure. He was another nice, personable & fun guy. If I buy another car, I will definitely start with Willy & Valley Subaru.
