Highly recommended service department for Mitsubishi! Had an issue where the wrong Forward Collision Management camera part was inadvertently sent after driving down three hours for my appointment. Jessica Barrett, General Manager, stepped in to make sure the correct part was sent, followed up with a phone call to confirm & made sure that I was taken care of. This was very impressive & relieved quite a bit of stress since I travel for my job & was far from home. I would definitely use Valley Mitsubishi again!

Service department is absolutely terrible. I brought the vehicle in at 9:30a, exactly on time for my appointment. I told the service technician that I had a hard deadline of 12:30p. My vehicle sat without anyone moving it into the service garage until 11:30a. I did not get it back until 1:15p, 45 minutes after the hard deadline I was guaranteed they would meet.

I don’t understand how anyone can miss a metal in my tire, after I already told them discount tire found a metal just before I took it in. I just need them to remove it because I don’t have the wheel lock but Valley Nissan was acting like there wasn’t a metal and then a week later I’m back today with the same issue. Also their Rep Doug has a sour attitude and always giving me the cold shoulder’s so I’d appreciate it if he can be less obvious about his issues against a minority having four cars that I bought from the dealership or whatever discriminatory annoyance he has with me.

Be warned that a service appointment time means only a time for you to drop it off. They do not disclose this until you drop it off. I just needed a code read and was told it would be 7or 8 hours. They got a 2 star because they got it in after 2 hours

I bought a Leaf there from Justin and it was a great experience. Unfortunately i came back to trade in my Leaf and a new salesman named Austin was there and he was the most pushy and horrible salesman I had ever met. I told him many times that I won't go over 400 dollars a month payment. Im only paying 341 now. He absolutely ignored that and wasted an entire day with my girlfriend and I said send me the payment price before I go waste my time. He would not so I go and he tries to make me sign a payment plan for almost 700 dollars on a car I dont even want. He told me to be flexible! So why dont you call my boss and ask him to be flexible and pay me more? Be flexible? And we walked out. Then he called my girlfriend 20 times trying to get her to trade in her paid for car and he knows shes on disability. He wanted us to then make 2 car payments. The guy has no qualms at all about trying to put someone in financial hardship as long as he sells a car. Im 56 and a veteran and he was like 25 so he couldn't fool me into anything but I feel bad if he meets some young gullible person because this guy is like one of those stereotypical used car salesman who will not listen and just try to talk you into something. Because of this guy, my girlfriend and I will never go back there to buy anything again. I told him im a mailman and have no day off and I wanted to know the price before I went there but he thought he could just talk his way into putting us both in a bad situation. They used to make movies about this kind of guy. I swear if I had filmed this interaction and put it on YouTube it would go viral because it was actually almost sad to see because it was painfully obvious that he was absolutely desperate to sell a car. He told us he just moved here from Tennessee and it was so easy to read between the lines and know that he cant afford to live out here. This aint Tennessee and its expensive and i bet this guy cant pay his rent. I was actually really angry for a while but its also sad because he's a young guy and I can tell he is in financial trouble because of how desperate he is to sell anything to anyone but here's some advice. Youll sell more cars if you listen carefully to the customer. Don't talk over them and if you cant meet their needs then say that and they will appreciate it and come back again when they can afford it but when you are pushy and uncaring then people will remember that and never go back there again. That and the fact that i bought this electric car and its a pain in the butt to charge. They have a fast charger right there but customers are allowed to use it, up until the point you buy the car. Then they wont let you use it anymore. They will tell you that you can, but after you have the car they say its under repairs, then they turned it on for me a few times, then suddenly there is some problem so only customers can use the charger. So basically after you get the car you are no longer a customer. Just some dude who wants to use their charger. Well since im no longer a customer anymore and cannot use their charger that can only be used to charge this particular model of leaf with an outdated connector that they themselves sold me then thats fine. But they lose more than one customer. Its me, my girlfriend, her mom, my brother and as many people as I can tell about this. Sell a dude an electric car with limited range and an outdated and rare plug in and lie and say I can use their charger, come back in 6 months and trade it in and after I leave, suddenly I can't use the charger which is the only one in town able to charge the car, which they very well know and even bragged about so i struggle for 6 months trying to charge this thing. Then find out the whole coming back in 6 months to trade it in was another giant lie and they set me up with some sleazy guy who tries to get me to make a 700 dollar payment on a Nissan versa and makes up a story about a special new program they have to help rebuild credit. They have no such program and he fabricated the entire thing.

We had an amazing experience at Valley Mitsubishi. We started looking for a new car after we had a baby and i had a Mazda CX-5. The CX-5 wasn't big enough for my husband to sit in the passenger seat and my sons car seat behind him (his legs were hitting the dash) i love Mazda's but unfortunately the Mazda dealerships in Colorado Springs are horrible so we started looking at Mitsubishi's. We found the Outlander PHEV that we liked so we drove two hours to valley to get the one we wanted. we called to ask about rebates and deals they had and talked to the manager Christopher and set an appointment. When we got there we were set up with the Austin. Austin was amazing at listening to what we wanted. We wanted to trade in my CX-5. i still owed money on that car but i went in with a number i wanted on the trade-in. As i said before the Mazda dealership in the springs was horrible and was trying to under sale us so this time around i made it clear i wanted a specific number to make this deal happen on the outlander and right off the bat they offered us what we wanted! They had two deals going on with customer cash or 0%APR for their 2025's and we asked to see the numbers on both of them and they never made us feel rushed in taking the time to run the numbers. When the numbers came out we picked the best deal and started looking at end price. We saw there were some add-ons that we didn't think we really needed. Austin explained what they were but didn't pressure us or push us into something we didn't want. Also to add we had our two month old baby with us and all the sales man/women never made us feel bad especially when we had to run to change him or feed him. Very family oriented. This is the first dealership my husband and I have been to that we feel like we would go back to for another car.
