Went to have a nail removed from a tire on my vehicle and they told me I had to buy a new tire. Yet the day before I went to another store and they told me it wouldn't be an issue, but they didnt have techs to fix it. So I made an appointment for today at the Firestone location. When asked why they wouldn't fix it when the other guy said they could. His response, "He must've been a young tech." Sounds like a scam to me! These tires have great thread on them.

I can’t rate the service because I didn’t get that far. I made an appointment online at 10 am for 3:30 pm. Arrived on time and was told the online system is more of a ‘request’ than an appointment and that until they confirm the appointment (which was made over 5 hours prior) that I wasn’t booked and couldn’t get an oil change that day as they were full. But that they could schedule me the next day. No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This review is long overdue. I had been having so many issues with the Firestone in Longmont, unable to complete services they set appointments for, lack of communication, poor customer service. The team at the Frederick location got me in lars minute, completed the service Longmont was failing to do, and made the price right for me. I think I don't mind driving to Frederick for that kind of service!

When they are not busy, they have the capacity to give great customer service and many times do. However when faced with peak times, walk-ins trying to usurp appointments, or general problems, the customer service is lacking. None of their prices are competitive or low so they really only can keep customers by providing excellent service. Great service from them is not consistent which is what bothers me. After over an hour from my appointment time, I finally saw my car being pulled into bay for service. After 2+ hours later (for an oil change), I went snooping around and found my keys sitting on an unmanned desk with paperwor, finished. Earlier they had said the service would take 60 to 90 minutes and they would call me when done. Both were lies. The most annoying part is that the rep Chance was gaslighting me and saying he was "about to come back in to" ring me out but there is no truth in that- he was mid convo when I had another rep go ask for a small discount on the wiper blades I asked firestone to install, to give you more business because I generally liked this location. For 80+ bucks, those three blades were not worth it. Chance is usually pleasant most times but was likely having a bad day and taking it out on others, which happened last time I was there. Last time, an older veteran working there was swearing (in the lobby) at another coworker for not doing something for him. I don't mind swearing but for a business, it was really inappropriate and I did report that too. The auto shop is not some locker room, it is a business. Chance only offered a couple bucks discount. Not stating the amount of "a couple", I decided 5 dollars off and negating the issue (by saying 2 hours was not that long and that today was "just one of those days") was NOT the type of making it right I was looking for, so I told him to save the discount and I would spend my next 200 dollars elsewhere. Thousands of dollars spent at this new location already yet it means nothing to them. I worked in customer service for nearly a decade regarding retail so I know how easy it is to make it right with a customer. Instead of a discount, they lost my oil change business, which will add up to nearly 1000 in the 2026 year due to frequency I change it and type of oil I purchase, unless this situation is made right. If this type of poor service continues, my tires I will likely need in the next half year will come from discount tire, as they apologize for ridiculous wait times.

The team at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Firestone are awesome. They got me taken care of in a very timely manner when I needed a cooling system repair on one of my coolant hoses on my vehicle after a lower coolant hose failed causing a massive coolant leak. Chance the service advisor made sure that my vehicle received the proper services necessary to address the coolant leak as well as demonstrating way beyond excellent level of customer service.

I drove 16 miles to avoid the firestone thats 1 mine away from my house because I had such a bad experience at that one. This firestone in firestone blew my socks off, they were awesome, extremely helpful, got the job done quickly, communicated every step of the way from confirming appointment to completion. You should probably have this store manager mentor your other store managers!

Got a nail In the sidewall of my tires went in and had to have all 4 tires replaced under the warranty that I bought, it was still 300.00 Apparentlyl all 4 tire had to be replaced and yet, when I drive out of the parking lot, my low tire sensor is not working when I went back in there like oh your sensor is not broken. Its all on you It was working completely fine when I drove in here. Would never, ever recommend this place to anyone.Stay clear of Firestone auto care if you value your automobile, this isn't the first time.Six months ago, they stripped my oil plug.

If you’ve ever sat at a red light wondering if your car is about to disassemble itself out of spite, this is the place to go. Abraham worked on my car and somehow turned a 170k+ mile vehicle that had opinions (loud, rattly ones) into something that actually drives nice. Oil change, wheel bearing, tie rod, four new tires, and the heat shield that had been rattling like a mariachi band every time I stopped — all handled. No small task, and yet… my car hasn’t felt this good since I first got it. I genuinely enjoy driving it again, which feels illegal at this mileage. I also feel safer on the road, which is kind of the whole point. Taylor, the manager, deserves his own shoutout. When a part had to be ordered and things didn’t go exactly as planned, he went above and beyond — clear communication, reassuring updates, and making sure I was getting the best price possible. Zero stress, zero nonsense, just solid human service. By the end, I wanted to hug both of them. They did everything right. If you’re looking for skilled work, honesty, and a team that actually cares whether you leave happy (and not hearing mysterious rattles), this is your spot. Highly, highly recommend.
