Went in to get a price for a simple top off for rear and front deferential, we weren’t even greeted they went straight to asking if we needed an oil change, my husband told them he just needed a price for that, with a bad attitude the person told him to leave the keys in the car and wait in the lobby my husband said “I’ll wait here in the car I was just trying to get a price first”, again with a shitty attitude the girl said “well you’re gonna have to wait until I’m done with this oil change” and immediately shut the garage door. Everyone talks about great and friendly customer service that’s not what we experienced today, not once was my husband being rude to her until he noticed how rude she was being and he did let them know they had shitty customer service. Went to valvoline instead and had a way better experience there!

Took well over an hour to perform a routine oil change and tire rotation. There were 2 cars there when I got there 1 in each bay. Nobody was working on the cars for at least 5 minutes, closer to 10 minutes. Two more cars pulled up as I left. Those two oil changes were completed before my vehicle was done with the oil change. They completed the oil change on mine and took another 15 minutes before they moved it to have tires rotated and then took another nearly 30 minutes to rotate tires. And the service cost $160.00 … they tried to sell me a new cabin air filter though it had been replaced a little over a month ago.

First I don't want the young men working there blamed for corporates crap policies. I really knew better than to come back. That's on me. Still the same old rip off suggestions and false recommendations as last time. I really felt sorry for the guy who had to tell me my oil was over filled. When I asked him why they did that last time since it was that shop who did my change he just looked blank.

He was never pushy in recommending extra services and was so incredibly friendly. The oil change itself was quickly and painlessly performed by himself and Adam. I showed up in the morning @ 10:40. There were only two staff members there and 4 other cars ahead of me. They greeted me promptly which was nice. However, after 40 min of waiting. They hadn’t ever finished one vehicles service and had to start a tire rotation. I ended up leaving and planned on returning later. On returning later in the afternoon, the service was much faster and I decided to have my tires rotated. This ended up being a big mistake! After they finished my vehicle I left. Very shortly after, I realized that they may have not recalibrated my tire pressure sensors. Now, just about every vehicle on the road this day and age has in tire pressure sensors that alert you on the dash if your tire pressure is off. When you rotate a vehicle’s tires, these need to be recalibrated. Because the tires have been switched around and the back are in the front and the front are in the back. If not, your car will tell you the wrong tire is low and vise versa. I called them to asked if they had done that, and the technician said they didn’t. I asked if I could come back and have them do that, and they told me they don’t have the capability to do that. So, why in the hell would a business offer a service if they don’t have the capabilities to do that service correctly!! How many people have they screwed that don’t know this procedure has to happen? The truck getting a tire rotation in the morning that day was similar to mine. Did they tell that customer they didn’t recalibrate his truck, or is he still unknowingly driving with his tires telling him the wrong pressures? This is absolutely wrong of them to offer a service they literally don’t have the proper tools for in order to do it correctly, and send customers off blindly. I would highly recommend not going to this place for anything other than a simple oil change.
