★★★☆☆ Everything was great, but once I left a constant flapping noise made me pull over half way home, all to discover that the tech didn't remove the stickers from the tires they mounted! It would have been easy to do before the tires saw use, but since I had driven a few miles they were torn and covered in road grime. I had to take 20 minutes to peel the many parts it had separated into off, and was covered in a sticky mess afterwards. Aside from this simple mistake, I would say that I was pleased with the front counter service and their waiting area was very clean and even had popcorn.

★★★★★ These guys are amazing. After 2 failed attempts to get my truck aligned right at other shops. These guys brought me back to show me where the other places were messing up. And even saved me 130$ on extra caster/camber bolts that the other shop told me I would need to properly align the truck. Turns out i didnt not need those. Professional and fast service and the customer service is 10/10 I will always recomend the longmont location. Even being from 30 mins east of longmont. I'd rather do my business with these guys any day of the week.

★☆☆☆☆ Tldr: I feel bamboozled and taken advantage of by les scwab. They charged me $1k for tores that constantly needed repair, then voided my warranty on terms i was never informed of. For the quality and customer service I received, this purchase will absolutely be the one and only time I will ever give this business my hard earned money. I purchased my tires in 2021. The person helping me stated the price of my tires, about $1k,and stated they came with a 80k mile warranty and they'll fix any flats. Between 2021 and June 2025, I have had to have multiple repairs in these tires, about every 3-6months. I have only driven 50k miles since having the tires installed. Last month I went in for a tire repair, they stated my tires were at 4/32. They did not stated my tires had uneven wear or any other issues. No mention was made of tire rotations or alignments. A few days ago I go into the office to check my tires, and they are at the point of needing replacement. I inquire about a credit from the warranty. The person at the counter stated I cannot use the warranty because I did not get alignments and rotations at the shop, or I need to show proof they were done somewhere else. I was never informed of these expectations that I needed to bring my vehicle in to be rotated or aligned every few months, nor was I informed I needed recipts it was done when I purchased my vehicle. I have bern in this store about 10 times since I got my tires. They had 10 times to inform me they offer free alignments and rotations, they did not. The person I spoke to that day offered me a $200 discount on my next set of tires. $200 off another $1k purchase, and probably have to return every 3-6 months for repairs? No thank you, I will take my business to where ill recieve the best quality and customer service for my money. I will never return to this business and I will ensure my connections know of the poor customer service I recieved as well!
