Friendly staff and they did a great job fixing the hail damage. My advice as a lesson learned, is to take pictures/video of your vehicle when you drop it off, especially if there is a laspe in time between having the adjuster take pictures and dropping it off for repair. This will help settle and clarify fault of any new damages when you get your vehicle back.

My vehicle had hail damage from a couple different storms this summer. While driving we saw the sign for Preferred Dent Repair. I called and spoke with Daniel. He explained that they would work with my insurance to cover the hail damage and not charge me my deductible which was $1000.00 dollars. He got us in right away for an estimate. We took our car in for the estimate and left it there to be fixed afterwards. As promised Daniel took care of everything. They took care of the estimate with our insurance, had my car back to me in the time frame that was estimated, and I did not have to pay my deductible. And most of all my car looked amazing when done. They did a fantastic job; you would not know that my car had the hail damage to the extent it did when they were done. It looked like a new car. I would highly recommend Preferred Dent Repair for your vehicle if you had hail damage. They did an excellent job!

Was approached at my home after a hail storm, was promised that if I brought in multiple cars for repair they would wave all deductibles and give me 200 for every additional car. I brought them two vehicles. Was told it would take 7-10 days for the work to be done on the first vehicle, it took over 3 weeks. When I picked up my vehicle the tail light wasn’t replaced, and my passenger sun visor was missing. They couldn’t find the visor so I had to wait and bring my car back to replace both the light and the visor. I left them my second car for repairs they told me it would be done in a few days, they continued to give me excuses and extending the completion date. It took over 3 weeks to get my second vehicle back. When I went to retrieve it the handle above the door was not reinstalled, so I had to tell them and wait for them to install it. There were shoe prints on my beige leather seats, where they stood in the seats without protecting the seats. Each one of my vehicles had their own insurance claim, so there was two separate checks and two separate deductibles. My insurance company reimbursed my deductible to me and added it to each check. I gave them the first check when I picked up that vehicle. At that time they gave me a check for the first deductible. When I came to pick up the second vehicle and I went to pay them the second check they told me that they didn’t have any checks so they would Venmo me the second deductible in a couple days. Two days later they said they were sending me the money but never did. I spoke with same guy that originally came to my house asking for my business and he said oh we only wave 1 deductible per claim. I said that each vehicle has their own claim and own deductible, and that is not what was said when we first talked. Then he said he has never had an insurance company put the deductible in the check. He then said we want you to be happy so we will give you your money. He has told us over the last week oh I will have it for you tomorrow but has never gave it to us. Nor did we get the 200 for the second vehicle. We asked for paperwork/receipt for the work done on our cars they will not give it to us. Now they will not respond back to our calls or text messages. They have poor business techniques, and will say anything to get your business.
