We LOVED our experience at Labor Only Auto Repair! They were able to keep us up on the details of what we needed done every step of the way. They didn’t try and get us to buy anything that wasn’t needed for the vehicle part wise. I ended up also needing two front tires in the process of new brake pads/rotors and sold at a standard price. We will definitely be going back for any repairs we need in the future! I highly recommend using them for a repair shop for your vehicle needs!

The car repair service on my Chevy Colorado was timely and cost-effective. The vehicle runs exceptionally well now, and the repair time was shorter than anticipated.

2004 Jeep Weangler water pump replacement. Quick and efficient. They informed me of additional services needed but were not pushy. They diagnosed and made the repair in two days. Very pleased and will use them again

This was my first experience with Labor Only Repair. I was greeted and treated as a long time valuable customer. The LED daytime running light on driver side of my import sedan went out and to replace it, the cost of the part was $1500 plus labor…so $2,000. I supplied Labor Only with the part I purchased at a cost of $122 and they only charged labor. I would recommend these folks and was so thankful to find a reputable auto repair that accepts customer supplied parts. They also provided a courtesy ride both ways.

The labor and repair was swift and appears to be okay. This is still an expensive repair shop, but sometimes you get what you pay for. I had a small issue, which they corrected and improved at no cost with immediate attention. They definitely honor their work, and stand behind it which is commendable, especially today, in my experience.

So I take my car in got some issues and they called me and said be $800 car back tomorrow. Then I called them back to ask if that included the oil change. I was then told the $800.was just to diagnose the problem. First I was misinformed second had I not called imagine that sticker shock. I am so confused at this point I go up there, they show me the car tell me it requires a tool they don't have blah blah blah. Bunch of stuff I don't understand. Like why was I told $800? Then the price hike happens.5k omg. Now I need an alternator or so they say. I did.aak for spare tire be added on. Didn't have one so now is a good time to add one. But 5k from $800 and over a week to get it back to me. And I still am not 100% confident it is fixed. An oil leak leads to lies and deception, and now the search for a new mechanic.

Had a great experience with these guys. Evan was detailed and communicative with anything that came up. Mainly Had some issues with my Toyota tundra and they were able to get my truck street legal again. Highly recommend if you want solid work done and great communication from the mechanics.

Do your due diligence and read the bad reviews. This place is either shady or incompetent. I brought my Honda in for a check engine light, I told Shiloh the symptoms and told him what I thought the problem might be from scanning the code and doing research. He then asked me "If it's not the VTEC solenoid that's the problem, what's your budget?"... This was the first red flag; shops normally diagnose your vehicle and offer a quote for repairs for the customer to approve of. I've worked in sales and that question is suspect. I played dumb and said idk. I approved for a double oil change to check for metal shavings in the engine after finding out that I've been driving with an oil leak. I then got a call from Shiloh the next morning telling me that there were metal shavings in the oil and the leak was from multiple sources (oil pan, valve cover gasket, front and rear main seals) and that I needed a new engine for my car. He told me that the engine would cost $3,100 for a used Honda K24 engine and a total of around $7,500 including labor costs. I knew what the actual price for a used K24 goes for so I played dumb again and said I'll just pick up my car and think about it. He then told me that his technician would like to buy the whole vehicle for $300-$500 lol. I have the calls recorded. *Keep in mind I just took this car on a 3,000 mile road trip and it was driving perfectly (still is today). Drove my car 40 minutes just fine down to another shop that specializes in Japanese cars. Told them what Labor Only Auto said about the vehicle and after inspection, turns out I just needed to replace a valve part for $620 dollars and all the other "leaks" Shiloh mentioned must have magically sealed themselves. Labor Only Auto was either trying to scam me or is just simply incompetent. Either way, I wonder how many vehicles they've wrongly diagnosed and how much money they've cost people over the years. You can read the other reviews to get a glimpse.

I don’t often write reviews. Something has to go terribly wrong or amazingly right; otherwise, the company was just doing their job. At Labor Only, I received courteous service, prompt and thorough communication, accurate diagnoses, and most importantly, the work was done correctly the first time. The fact that they were willing to take on a 50 year old car makes this even more impressive. I highly recommend Devan, Evan and the rest of the team.

Just went here to get a front end alignment. Tried to charge me to replace my whole front end. $4k. Do yourself a favor and run away fast. If you are a veteran, don't go. If you are elderly REALLY don't go. They will try to suck every dime out of you.

I’ve been visiting this store for my cars for a while. The location is convenient, and the shuttle service is appreciated. I’ve had both good and bad experiences. Routine maintenance, like oil changes and state inspections, has always been fine. Tire service has been okay, though not exceptional. The real issue came with brakes. I had a spongy brake pedal, and each visit brought a new “must-replace” part. I ended up spending thousands on parts and labor, and then they told me I needed to replace the entire ABS unit. I refused and took my car elsewhere, where the problem was fixed in about two hours without replacing the ABS. I was so mad at the time but waited a few months to write this review so I could provide a fair comment. Overall, this shop is fine for routine maintenance and inspections, but I would not recommend it for brake work—neither for inspection nor repair.

I brought in my Jeep as the heater had stopped working it turned out to be an actuator door - both actuator doors that needed replacement. The price of the labor and work did actually increase because I needed several other services for brakes and fluids. Overall, I would use them again. their location is convenient and they are professional and timely.

So much better than the dealership I used to go to. The people are so friendly, amazing at communication, and have helped keep my old car running great. You know they're good people when your car's brakes lock up on a freeway and the first person you call is your mechanic, not your mom 😆. They were even nice enough to give me the part that had an issue when I asked for a photo to show the last guys who worked on the car! They found the issue super fast, explained the issue quite clearly, and had the car ready to go that exact same afternoon. If I could give these guys 10/5 stars, I would.

Brought in because my car didn't pass emissions and had a clunk in the front passenger side wheel . 2 1/2 weeks later they tried selling me an entire exhaust system for $2000 and a completely new front suspension. All I needed was a catalytic converter and during one of their test drives the front wheel fell off!!! Well guess we found the cause of the clunk at my expense to replace the rim. Definitely do not recommend at all!!!!

Needed to get an emissions inspection to renew my registration. Went in and spoke with Ian who was so helpful and efficient in getting me checked in. Evan did the inspection in a timely manner, I was there for maybe half an hour. They let me know what other maintenance might need to be done in the next year. Will definitely be back here.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Labor only auto repairs. We were only trying to get an estimate, and the entire process was handled very poorly. Communication was basically nonexistent from start to finish. If they were behind or unable to get to our vehicle in a timely manner, that should have been clearly communicated—but it wasn’t. We received no updates, and no one took the time to explain anything. When we went to pick up our vehicle, we actually had to walk all the way to the back and find it ourselves, which felt very unprofessional. On top of that, our camera had been unhooked and no one mentioned it or addressed it. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on the lack of communication and professionalism, I would not recommend this place to others
