In and out within 15-20 minutes on a Saturday after finding a screw in my tire, and performing an air check on my second vehicle. Anthony answered every question I had on the phone quickly, and two other employees helped me check warranties, and information I needed from my account. All were very friendly, fast, and efficient! Glad I switched from discount tire. The new female employee there was pushy and rude, at the location next to IKEA, that’s all it took for me to leave after being a faithful customer over 15yrs! Their loss is Big Brands gain! 👏🏼 However, I love all the employees at the discount tire Louise Henna location! They rock!

I have a pretty modified truck. They aligned it with no issues. Also was upfront and honest about issues with my balancing. Great customer service the manager that I was in text with his name was Hiram was awesome with communication. It’s hard to find trusted and good business in the car business. I used to have an auto shop so I know how quality work goes. This will be my go to tire shop for any service i will need. Get in there early because it’s always busy. I was watching their process and they are a well oiled machine. I’m glad I found this shop and I will be recommending this place and bring all my business. Thanks guys.

This going to be the first and last time I come to Big Brand Tire and Service. I see no point for making a appointment for an oil change for 4 o clock and not honoring the appointment. I was told it's going to be 45 minutes to an hour just for an oil change.. Why?

I took a Company vehicle to have some tires taken care of and ended up scheduling to have tires installed on my personal vehicle. I was given a quote while I was in store when I came back on the day that I had my appointment they told me I did not have an appointment nor did they have my quote and tried to charge me a higher price. This same exact thing happened to another gentleman while I was waiting in line. It seems that the bait and switch is pretty prevalent here so buyer beware. It would be different if I was not given a quote and an appointment time but that was not the case in this situation. In addition when went out to my vehicle to leave I found they had smeared grease all over the driver side door of my pickup.

Outstanding Service and Kindness! My grandma came to visit from Ohio and got a flat tire on her trip. Thankfully, she had a spare and was able to get back on the road, but when she arrived in town, we stopped by Big Brand Tire to get her flat repaired. They not only fixed her tire for free, but also switched it back onto her car and loaded the spare back in the trunk all with smiles and incredible friendliness. Everyone was so helpful, quick, and kind. It’s rare to find this level of customer care these days, and it really made her day. Highly recommend Big Brand Tire for anyone who needs honest, caring, and efficient service!

Katherine has the best customer service I've ever seen at a repair shop! I tried this place simply because it was open on Sunday. They got me in to look at my vehicle an hour before they closed. They then scheduled the repair for bright and early Monday morning. When my card did not go through at their register (no fault of their own), Katherine gave me a ride to two different atm's until my card finally went through. She's super sweet and professional, and is the main reason I gave this place 5 stars! Plus, the excellent repair service is great and the repair guys have great customer service also. Highly recommend this shop. Came in to replace a tire that suffered a side wall puncture and they didn't push me to replace the other tires that still had a lot of life left (like my consistent experience with other chains). I also witnessed them taking care of an elderly lady who had mistakenly made an appointment (and tire delivery) to the Austin location. She was upset with herself but they put her at ease and said they would get the tire if they didn't have it and take care of her there. They understand true customer service.

The manager there for this location was extremely helpful. My car needed to have its oil changed which then, after thorough inspection, discovered my brakes were at the end of their life. After ordering the parts, there was a huge delay in communication and distribution but the manager was amazing, communicated with me what happened, and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this place for its thorough care and consideration for their customers. I wish more places in this industry practiced as much care.

Big Brand Tire & Service has always taken great care of our vehicles. Every visit is smooth and professional. Today, I came in with a major tire issue, and Mr. Rishi was on it right away. He confirmed the tire was covered under warranty (purchased at BBTS), ordered the replacement, and had it delivered later that afternoon—just as promised. When I returned, the service team quickly swapped the spare for the new tire, mounted the spare back under the truck, and had me back on the road in no time. Thanks to Rishi and the entire Big Brand Tire & Service team for the outstanding service and reliability, every time!
