My car was pretty badly damaged by hail and Auto Hail Solutions took care of everything else! All I did was have to file a claim, and then they picked up my car from my house and dealt with my insurance company. When my car was fixed, they dropped it off with a full tank of gas and the inside detailed. Can’t recommend this business enough! There is no excuse to not give them your business.

okay I'm officially impressed I really was dreading having to get my car fixed for the hail damage that happened last June so I put it off for 8 months. not only did they work with me to make sure that insurance was not going to be a problem but I also felt like they were on my side which is very rare when it comes to auto repair. not only did they come to my house pick up my car give me a free rental car for 2 weeks free gas and then drove it all the way back to my house I'm incredibly impressed I wanted to thank Zack and Valery for their incredible customer service and fantastic communication skills that is also rare and very appreciated I like when people respond right away and they definitely did that for me they also worked with me when it came to insurance and payment as I was a little confused on the process and they went out of their way to help me get it figured out. if your car has some hail damage or minor damage and you need to get it repaired from Highlands Ranch to Casper Wyoming I would definitely give these guys a call there solid and hopefully I don't need them but if I do I will absolutely use them in the future

I had an excellent experience with Auto Hail Solutions! Even though I didnt live in the area and had a busy schedule, they were able to get my car in and out in a week, just like promised. The work was exceptional, and they even removed some scratches that I had along with the hail dents. I was even provided transport to and from one of the local car rental spots. Few months back my town got serious amounts of hail. And my car got absolutely nailed. I brought it here and they got everything fixed in no time. They went above and beyond what they needed too. My head lights and tail lights were foggy and they did me the service of buffing them out to restore their clarity. They also brought back the life of the black plastics on the interior and exterior of the car. Some of the most honest hardworking people out here and I appreciate a god honest business. And the people working here are incredibly efficient and kind.

I had such a great experience Auto Hail Solutions. They noticed my car had some hail damage, and they asked me to help take care of it. They worked with my insurance company to set up and adjust the claim as needed. They kept me updated on the claim, repair progress, and return timing. The repairs were proceeding while I was on vacation, and they would continue after I returned, so they arranged for a rental car pick up for me after my return. This was super smooth as well. When the car was finished, which included pointless dent repair around the car and replacing the windshield, they delivered the car to me. The car looked as good as new! Following the return, I noticed the casing for the forward crash detection camera would come loose in the heat of the day. I reached out to them, and they arranged to have this fixed immediately. This was one of the smoothest and most communicative auto repair experiences I’ve ever had. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. I would highly recommend Auto Hail Solutions.

Highly recommend Auto Hail Solutions! First time getting hail damage fixed on a car, and they were super helpful in explaining the process. They provided a loaner car, and were great at communicating progress. Aisha would text me every couple of days to let me know how it was going as well as an estimated finish time. They were detailed in their work too, replacing damaged trim about my windows. The roof and hood of my car were the worst places, and they both look new! An added bonus was they detailed my car before giving it back to me—the inside and outside looked brand new! It even had that new car smell! I would definitely use them again.

My van was damaged from the big hail storm in Denver. After finding out that local body shops were booked out several months, I looked further away and am so glad I did. They came to my home to give an estimate and set up a rental car. And met me there to get my van. My insurance tried to low ball me and gave an original estimate of $3,700. Auto Hail Solutions found $11,200 and fought my insurance company who finally paid in full. They said it would take 3 weeks, but they got in done in 2! They even detailed my van. The work is amazing and the customer service was even better. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Pick them and you won’t be disappointed.

This company had left a business card on my car at home. I inquired and they got back with me in a timely manner to set up a convenient place for me to meet them while i was at work on break. I signed the necessary paperwork, they contacted my insurance company. And i received a text the very next week that they already had a complimentary rental ready for me. The entire process was under two weeks time! Which is very quick considering i had over 10 thous dollars worth of hail damage done to my Camry from the bad storm we had the end of May. When i went to pick my car up it was even detailed! I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for hail damage repair for their vehicle. Just to add, i live over an hour away from this place of business, but it was definitely worth the drive. Hopefully i don’t get hail damage on my car again, but if i do i will use them again. I just picked my car up at Auto Hail Repair and I was in awe with the result. These guys are amazing, from the front desk to the technician level. Not only delivering an outstanding customer service but the service itself was made in perfection. I felt like I picked up my car from the dealership 3 years ago. If I could give these guys more starts I would. They went above and beyond to make sure all was in outstanding condition, they even detailed my car for me as curtesy! Couldn't be happier! Auto hail solutions did an amazing and flawless job on my 1 week old rav4 when a hail storm hit and pelted it with hail on all sides, roof, and trim. I requested an appointment late at night and had a response and appointment scheduled for the next morning almost immediately. They met me at my house and picked it up for me!!!!!! A+ service and took the headache out of trying to figure out how to get it to the shop. They worked directly with my insurance unlike other local shops i had reached out to. This too alleviated a lot of headache! I received frequent updates via text throughout the entire process and felt good about my car being in a secured lot and safe in their hands. They were incredibly fast!!! Many months faster than other popular shops nearby and i felt confident in the entire team! Hopefully, we wont need repair work again but if we do we will definitely take our vehicles to auto hail solutions again! Joseph and his team of technicians did a superb job repairing the hail damage on my truck. Dozens of varying size dents are no longer evident. Frankly the truck body now looks brand new. First.. I'd like to acknowledge there are tons of options to get your vehicle repaired from a hail storm. In actuality, it was a little overwhelming to decided. But, from the first time I contacted Auto Hail Solutions Colorado their customer service was incredible. I remember saying to a few friends and family... this seems too good to be true! Well... it wasn't! From the time Zach came out to look at the car to the moment Brooke took over handling the claim, they made it so easy. The communication during the whole process was amazing and I couldn't recommend them more! Amazing. And, I love that the truck was washed (better than I left it) before returning!
