I didn’t have a manual for my car and was concerned about my brake and transmission fluid levels. Gavin was extremely helpful. He first recommended what fluids I needed, then checked my fluid levels, to make sure both were full. He was polite and helpful, and went above and beyond. I’ve had great customer service in the past here, but did not get the name of the sales person. I want to thank Gavin for taking the time to help me and for putting my mind at ease. Auto Zone is a great store to buy car- related products.

During a previous visit an employee sold me the incorrect windshield wiper and installed it. It's didn't stay on so I stopped in earlier this week to get a new one and Eddie saved the day. He found the proper wiper, installed it and didn't charge me. Great customer service. I will definitely use this Auto Zone again.

I recently got pulled over by a cop for a headlight out. Bought the bulb at one autozone but they wouldn’t change it. So called around and this location said they would as long as I was there before 9pm. I got there at 8:30, and Jack (I think that’s his name) was super helpful and said no problem. So my low beam passenger light ended up being in a difficult spot, but the guy didn’t give up. We found out after it all that I had high beam bulb in my low beam. So the technicians ended up switching out to the correct ones and then also replaced my high beam light that was actually out. The whole process didn’t get finished until about 9:15pm. The service these guys provided was above and beyond! I would recommend coming here for all your car needs. These guys didn’t want to send me on my way until everything was 100% correct. Truly appreciate the service!

The employee got the wrong part for me because he looked up the wrong car after I told him the correct car. Will need to go back and return this incorrect headlight bulb. Probably will go somewhere else to buy the new one.

An OK experience. Clear store, good selection, stocked shelves and all. I walked in with a truck battery, and the two guys at the counter literally looked at me, turned and found something else to do, not wanting to mess with a heavy battery. Another guy who seemed to be moving around and multitasking, quickly asked me if I had been helped and jumped right to helping me out. Good on him! Just, no upsale or accessories, no recommendations... just, the battery swap and a fuel additive that I grabbed. Like I said, it was a good enough experience, only negative was those two guys who ducked out of helping me. But, I was a Manager of an AutoZone out west, and we ALWAYS did upsales and recommendations. It was odd to have such a static store, only selling what the customer places on the counter... nothing else... no helpful comments or suggestions. It was very straight to the point. Still, really loved the one guy snapping right to it and jumping to help me! Only says CSR #15 on the receipt, wish I had gotten his name but he had a jacket on. Looked like an associate, but had some promising Manager skills going. :)

I was having trouble with my car stalling. When the codes came up it showed that I had a bad camshaft sensor. One of their employee's installed it for me. He was very nice and polite and my car is running much better now.

Great place. I needed a diagnosis for my Check Engine light and a gentleman named Fabian took care of me right away even though they were somewhat busy . The whole process was super quick and plus he recommended an inexpensive "Flush" before committing to fixing/replacing parts . Plus they are open till 10 on the daily . Great shop .

Had a difficult time with a ordered part waited 4 hrs it didn't come in was refused a refund by the older manager which wasn't helpful. as the part I needed was at a different store. Eventually another manager stepped in and did what was needed. The other guy needs to step down, honestly. the 3 stars goes to the guy that was willing to do what was needed. Thank you

Don't even go to 104th when they say they have the part at the "hub". Do yourself a favor and get on rock auto or parts geek and pay for shipping, go home and enjoy your day. Amazon has the correct auto parts and they are a bookstore. Let that sink in.

I had an excellent experience with the employees at this location. My car battery was acting up and they tested my battery to make sure that was for sure the issue. My husband and I were having a difficult time getting the battery out after purchasing a new one. Ziggy came out and showed us an easier way to get access to my cars battery and even did it for us. My car is running perfectly now. I will absolutely come here now for all of my cars needs. Thank you so much!!!
