It's always the first auto parts store I go to. Although I just had a frustrating hour there. They ordered t he wrong part for me and it took a long time to correct the problem. the counter guys need to stay off the phone and help the customer at the counter.

amazing staff, treat You like Friends. ROB RILEY, Johnny ED ,crew are Always able to get a Part search from another Store, or Warehouse QUICKLY. Napa Longmont even sells specific tools, behind and In front of the counter. I will only see NAPA Longmont for my needs. When i get in a bind, I walk, Pedal, Hitch a ride, Teleport over there , and You should as well. Thanks NAPA longmont!

some how lost a nut on a lower control arm due to lack of attention on my part when reassembling them after installing a ball joint. on the way to work it just all went wrong....went to Napa later- they let me look through the nuts and find the one i needed, then ended up just giving it to me....sure it's just a nut but on a day gone wrong that little gesture was pretty awesome.

Avoid at all costs. Rude staff, unwilling to help in any timely manner. 5 employees standing around chit-chatting while I stood with no line for 15 minutes before being helped after making my presence known.

Great parts store. I find their prices to be lower than other stores for same brands. Picked up a BG 44K for $24. Lowest in town and on the internet. The employees are friendly and helpful. Go NAPA Longmont!!

Napa is my favorite auto parts store. I've been going there for years and always gotten outstanding service from Rob, Ed, and now Pete - who I knew from another Napa. Don't see a lot of staff turnover here so the people know what they're talking about. What I really like about this store is that you can still buy pieces of parts - like brake lines etc. So you can repair a part instead of just replacing it. They don't always have everything in stock but they can usually have it within a day. I.E. warehouse nearby.

Called the store to order part.. They said there were two different sizes they said they had both, so I brought in the part they measured it and sent me home with wrong part. Brought old and new part back , they said sorry we don't have other part? Had to come back next day .Go back next day and they charge me a core, and to top it off the part still wrong.Heading back for the 4th time to take part back and go somewhere else.

This franchise is so bad I stopped buying from Napa. Poor service and every time I buy here something is wrong. Defective part or poor quality or they say it’s in stock and isn’t. Poor service and not the quality I expect from Napa. Rude unless you’re one of the cool kids, then it’s like norm entering cheers.

Like most auto parts store except some of the staff went above and beyond to get me out of a pinch. Seriously, NAPA was able to pick up parts for me from a dealership in another town and get them to longmont as I'm carless. Staff gave me the phone number of the store and her personal number in case my order got lost. True hero

I needed a new battery and received fast and courteous service at this Napa store. When I told them I also needed some nuts to (self) reinstall the battery, they gave them to me, free of charge. My brother-in-law always goes to this store and recommended it to me and it's where my last, current, and future batteries and car parts will always come from. Thanks, guys.

The only issue I had was talking to a guy on the phone who was wearing a mask and headset. I couldn't hear him or understand him at all, so I had to drive to the store and talk to them in person! Other than that, I am able to buy quality NAPA parts online for a discounted price.

I needed coolant for my Subaru Outback so decided to try NAPA for the first time instead of going to the dealership. I'm glad I did! I saved $25 for the same type (possibly better quality too) than purchasing from the dealer nearby. The two guys in the warehouse, one on the register and on the store floor tag teamed each other to get the proper coolant, Asian Blue, from the shelf and rang me up in a few seconds. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Highly recommend this place for all your auto fluids and parts. Good job guys! Koa
