I drove 7 hours from Kansas for a weekend here in Arlington. Unfortunately my truck started acting up due to bad wheel bearing. I walked in and the owner was so kind and gave my infant son and I a ride back to our hotel. Truck was fixed in less then two hours and he even came back to pick us up once the repair was done. Exceptional service and such a kind soul, I applaud this owners work ethic and kind heart and I feel like he went above and beyond. Price was fair and I’m happy to give him my business.

Its hard for me to get to this shop because I live so far, but these are hands down the most genuine people I have ever met. Finding someone honest who won't try to get over on you is dang near impossible. I don't feel like a customer when I come I honestly feel like family. And just so everyone knows I'm not writing to help reviews. I'm being completely honest. If you have a foreign car like me and you want quality work everyone I promise you this is the best place

The second I arrived at American Auto Tech I new this guy was going to be a smooth sailing experience. The employees greeted me with a smile and were able to take care of me quickly. Their service is top notch and the work is the best I’ve ever seen. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the my car. I had an engine knock resulting from a timing chain issue on my Mercedes and they were able to take care of it the same day. I would recommend them to anyone.

After a less-than-stellar experience at another shop for suspension work, they not only fixed the problems but also diagnosed and resolved a check engine light issue. I took my 2021 Mercedes to American Autotech and I've decided that this is the only place I'll take my car should I ever need any repairs after my manufacturer warranty expires. They fixed my rotors and brakes today (not covered by manufacturer warranty). Ahmed is professional and knowledgeable. The price they quoted me over the phone was reasonable and fair. It was also the exact same price I paid once I picked my car up. They know their stuff and I'm comfortable taking my car there.

Unfortunately, I did not get the excellent customer service others talked about. I dont know if they lack experience with my type of vehicle or if they are just dishonest. Neither is good. I took my vehicle to them based on a recommendation. Long story short, I've been without a working AC since July 4th. I've got nothing but excuse after excuse from this repair shop on the day that I'm in the lobby waiting to pick up my vehicle. First, they claim the wrong part was in the right box from the dealership. Thats not true. Its impossible to get the wrong part in the right box!! Second, they received another part on a Tuesday and didn't realize it was damaged until they were putting it on the vehicle! What certified place dont check the parts when they receive them? They don't communicate the status of your vehicle nor do they answer the phone. I am very disappointed!!

Horrible experience this family started out appearing to be helpful until I kept having to bring my vehicle back over and over again for same issues that I paid for. Abdul got upset b/c of it and started raising his voice at me. I expressed to him that it’s not my fault that my repairs are not properly done I am not the mechanic . They kept my car in stall for hours as though they were checking/fixing it but wasn’t at all. I spoke Abdul & Ahmed but my car left with same issues. I spent 8,000 plus on several repairs and to this day the problems I not been resolved

I’ve been getting my car serviced at American Autotech since 2014. Moved down to Houston in 2018 but I still drive up to Arlington if I need work done on my car, and it’s definitely worth the investment for the quality of work they do. Repair costs are also well below other quotes I’ve gotten. Never had to go twice for the same issue.
