I had an excellent experience with United Hail Solutions My 2016 Toyota Camry received hail damage from the July, 2018 hail storm in Greeley. I called numerous collision companies and was told that the earliest they could get to my vehicle was in Spring of 2019. My co-worker suggested United Hail Solutions and told me that they waive your deductible. I drove my car to their local location on 16th and they repaired my car's damage at their shop. I recently received my car back with all repairs completed and it was also completely detailed. It did take little awhile to be repaired but I understand that the storm caused catastrophic damages and involved hundreds of cars. I am extremely pleased with their work and attention to detail. You cannot detect any damage with the paintless dent repair. I will return to them and I recommend them highly!

From there, I was greeted by their sales team, Danielle and Javi, when they came to drop off a loaner car and pick up my Honda Accord to take back for the hail damage repairs. I never had to leave work. An extra plus in my hectic work day. I received my car back about 2 weeks later and I fell in love with my car all over again. It looks brand new. After talking to State Farm they tried to convince me not to go to an independent shop. They worked hard to steer me into one of the repair shops on their preferred list. I did take my vehicle in for an estimate however I wasn't convinced with how things were handled. I recieved a flyer from United Hail Solutions on my door. Unlike other companies putting them all over my car so I decided to give them a call. Daniel came out and inspected my vehicle and we decided to let them take it. I can’t say it enough how much I love this place. I am on the spectrum and have bad anxiety however, everybody here was so kind and understanding. Not only did they get me into a free rental, but I also didn’t have to pay my deductible. This business is truly a dream come true, and I am going to recommend this place to EVERYONE.
