Horrible. I was told I was going to get my car the next day by 1pm. Didn’t get it til 3pm. Okay, understandable. But did they replace the part they were supposed to? No. I paid 300, and waited a day for my car, for them to do absolutely nothing.

I originally went in to get my Brakes fixed. I advised the technician i had already purchased brakes. I waited an hour before they got to my vehicle. Then instead of fixing my brakes, they did an alignment. The manager advised the technician to do both brakes and alignment since it was already started. The technician completed the alignment and said come back Monday to complete the brakes. Keep in mind I originally went for brake replacement. Not an alignment.

Had my front end replaced on my 2011 Impala month ago,job was done to the best of there knowledge but they never say any guarantee on there service,I will just keep going back till they get it right, otherwise I will have another option about their service!!

Came for an alignment and balance. Quick and advised me on the issues with one of my rims. He said it was a bit damaged and it would be best to leave in the rear since there's a slight "bounce" to them. He even showed me the computer with the alignment status to see it was good

Extremely disappointed. The guy was a liar. He said he'll change two shocks for 250$ and we agreed on it. Then he makes calls about the parts and said cost are 300$. and said 250$ was only Labour charge, parts. No shame on lying about the exact charge.
