It's not one of those 5-minute oil change places they really take the time and do it right which makes me feel a whole lot better knowing that it wasn't rushed out. I've done other business with him already and I would recommend them for anything mechanical to oil changes they would definitely take care of you at all times thanks again kwik kar for the excellent service.

They're always quick and friendly and knowledgeable. Never too pushy always have a smile. Great place I would recommend it to anyone. On an update, because of the new banners they put up in the doors I'm no longer able to get my box truck serviced there the bad thing for me is I really like this place go to workplace will only go with one place to ever beat is all service call, I've only been going there at 12 years it's been a good run, I'll miss you guys thanks for all your great years of service

0 STARS ** DO NOT GO HERE ! Got a quote for service $250 , went back the next day to get it fixed talk to MITCHELL who quoted me $450 after I told him I just got a quote the previous day. He then dropped the price to $350. I agreed and they "fixed" it. Went to pick my car up and whoever parked it , parked it too far on the curb. So when I backed out the whole bumper came off. When I asked who parked my car , everybody standing around looking dumb like they don't know who did it. They put the bumper back on but the clips were broken. Manager Nick very rude and unapologetic acted like he didn't care, said I would get a discount on my next service . Next service ? I'm never coming here again. stated this is not an auto body shop but if you buy the clips we will put them on for free. Mitchell said it is what it is. They do not care. Fast forward to a week later I pop the hood and the leak is still there. Called the shop let them know what was going on .. again manager very rude , talking over me , talking fast and very unprofessional. So I bring a mechanic and show up 10 minutes later, change of tone of voice and attitude . Asked them to show proof they fixed it and said the “receipt” is proof. Mechanic said it doesn’t look like they did anything but wipe the leak off . Blamed it on a faulty part and offered to fix it but at this point yall are not to be trusted . 3 different quotes , tore my bumper off acting like they don't know who did it , and claim they put a faulty part on it. Decided not to let them back under my hood. So in total out of $700 when I was quoted $250. If you are a woman and don't have knowledge about cars DO NOT GO HERE! Definitely some shady mechanics and the manager don't care very rude and unprofessional. I will be taking legal action and soon. I don't care if it was $50 yall need to stop playing with people money, cars , and time.

I have used Kwik Kar Kare for years. They are AAA certified & just genuinely honest & kind. They do excellent work & will not try to upsell you on repairs. Today when I took my car in for an oil change, the first thing I was asked by Mr. Ellison was if I wanted the paint/scratches buffed out of the front right side of my car. Honestly, I was set to live with them since my teen driver swiped the garage a bit too closely. Well, Mr. Ellison got them OUT! I have never cried (for a happy reason) at a car maintenance/repair shop, but today I did. It was a simple act of kindness, but it truly ministered to me. Everything is an upsell. Got the groupon, it says up to 5 qts of oil included. They added 6 qts without prior acknowledgement or approval. Said they won't let the car leave without adding the eztra quart. It added another $25 to my bill. The manager said he doesn't care if the approval was asked or not.

i’ve been coming here a few years, but there have been too many instances where this shop has been shady. more recently, i was having issues with my gear shift. the manager, bryan, told me over the phone that they weren’t able to see the cable for the gear shift because there’s a cover on it. well turns out that was a lie because when i brought my car back in because it was still being weird, another guy told me the cable was getting worn and the person who told me they couldn’t see it “probably just didn’t want to take the time to look at it”. another time, i got my spark plugs changed and had to come back in the next day because my car was sputtering. they didnt completely put in one of the spark plugs so it was loose. overall, this place is convenient to me since i live so close, but i will now go elsewhere because i dont have time to keep going back and forth to this shop because they can never fix things right the first time. lastly, they are extremely slow.

I got freon put in my mom’s car last month and it went out again 3 wks later. I called and they told me to bring it in and spoke with Nick there. He was very honest and just said it needed a ring replaced and I was charged nothing! This day and age, it’s sometimes hard to find a place with honest service! Great, Great customer service! This review is for 2 separate visits. First visit was because this location was close to the shop I have used for 20 years that recently closed. I went here to get an oil change and everything seemed ok. The next day my car starts running really bad and I took it back to shop. The shop tells me that I have a massive transmission leak that just happened to appear in the 24 hours since my oil change. Probably not a coincidence. Against my better judgement I returned for my next oil change this afternoon. I arrive an hour before closing time and an employee is just staring at me and not approaching me like any regular customer. I begin to pull in to the bay and the employee finally approaches my vehicle. I let them know that I need an oil change. Then I am told that the Oil Change technician is gone for the day. I will never consider this or any Kwik Kar in the future. Stay away from this place if you value your properly running vehicle or your time.

They scammed me out of $140 when I came in for a 4 wheel alignment. I told them my car was pulling to the right before they took it in and when they brought it back out the steering wheel was crooked towards the left and my car would wobble back and forth at highway speeds. I brought it back in the next day and told them my steering is now worse than it was before and they looked at it and tried to tell me I needed my steering rack replaced. I took it to the wonderful discount tire located a street over and they completely fixed the alignment and showed me that it was nothing wrong with my steering rack at all. They just messed up my car and tried to get more money out of me by lying and saying I needed to replace a part in order for them to fix it. Discount tire is much cheaper and much better service. Shoutout discount tire.

At the end of Jan. I pulled up to this shop to get a preventable job done. I DIDNT HAVE ANY LIGHTS ON THE INSIDE OF MY CAR WHEN I FIRST BROUGHT IT TO THEM. I was losing oil while driving. At first the customer service seemed superb! I told them what was wrong and I told him I wanted a diagnostic check on it. (Which after three visits I learned that they never did a full diagnostic check on my car) He told me No problem. They called me and told me it was the valve cover gasket, told me the amount asked if I wanted them to proceed. I stated yes. I came to pick up my vehicle and it started jerking and shaking. When I told them about it they told me it was fine to drive just to bring it back the next day.... IT WAS NOT! I couldnt even get out the lot. I left my car there in their garage and I was told they would have another look. They then called me the next day to tell me I need a tune up... 1 Cyclinder was misfiring. Asked if I wanted to proceed... I did. Came to pick up my vehicle that evening and as soon as I cranked it up the check engine light came on. I told them about it. They acted nonchalant and told me to come back again to check it. I did. They then told me it would cost $2000 to get the new problem fixed. I wanted a second opinion so I took my vehicle to the dealership service dept. I did not tell them about the work that has already been done on my car. Instead I asked for a full diagonstic check. They told me specifically that the valve cover gasket needed to be checked and a tune up was needed. How? After spending so much money and niether job was done from kwik kar?? After getting more work done on my vehicle at the dealership service dept he told me that the cyclinders were replaced but it wasnt done CORRECTLY!!!!! Im highly upset and dishearten. I also have reciepts and pictures of everything. I would never go back to kwik kar.
