Absolutely loved this store. It had EVERYTHING from A-Z that I needed for my 68 Chevy. The sales clerk Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and made my shopping experience so personalized. She really knew her stuff!! Its a specialty store for classic cars. It was kinda like taking a trip back in time going to the parts store w my dad.

Horrible service. I placed and paid for a vintage air kit on November 13 of 2021. They told us that it would take 13-14 weeks to come in. I called to follow up and came to find out the order was never placed. I would have to submit a new order and it would be another 14-16 weeks to wait. Got my money back, but they made no effort to follow up nor did they call me to notify me (maybe they were happy to have my money and hoping that I would forget?). Nothing, not even an offer to discount the installation fee. Lesson has been learned. Don't go to Southwest Classics. Such a shame. I was looking forward to using them for my classic truck project. Very disappointing.

Best prices and service around. After another parts supplier took over a week JUST to PROCESS a single order, I called here and they gave me solutions and options. Really know their stuff and take the time to make sure YOU are satisfied. I wont buy from anyone else again in the future. Great people and place for parts!

Awesome customer service. Went above and beyond to notify me of parts that weren't available and immediately refunded money for those parts. Shipped rest of order quickly. Quality parts at great prices. Will buy all future parts from this business based on how I was treated.

Southwest classics put a vintage air kit in my 86 square body. They did a fantastic job on the install. Everything is neat and looks very clean. They even shined up the truck and engine. I couldn’t be more satisfied. The air works great.

My hero! Placed an order with a different company for a grille shell that they said they had in stock. We really needed it to finish a customer vehicle. The week before I was supposed to receive it, I found out they don't actually have it. Southwest Classics' website showed they had the item in stock too. I LOVE that I was able to call and talk to the most amazing gal who physically confirmed the item was in stock without any dings, dents, or scratches. They are not at the whim of a warehouse, and whoever answers the phone can actually check that they have an item before it's ordered. We need it in a hurry, and they were happy to box it up and prepare it for shipping while I was still on the phone with them. Even threw in a t-shirt. Calculated shipping and called me back 10 minutes later. THANK YOU SO MUCH SW CLASSICS! You saved the day and my sanity.

I dealt exclusively with Samantha. I ordered a wood bed kit for my 1954 Chevy. As the bed kit required an off site supplier she assured me she would keep me posted on the anticipated arrival of the kit as well as communicate with me on a frequent basis. She did exactly as she promised. Her demeanor, professionalism and constant diligence was remarkable and greatly appreciated. Subsequent to the delivery of the kit she also contacted me to insure my satisfaction with the product. Nothing but accolades of praise for exemplary customer service and graciousness. Thank you Samantha!

They refuse to refund an unshipped order. While they mark it 'refunded' in their website they have no intention of returning the money. Be very careful when dealing with this company.

These guys are a ripoff, was charged double what a part from LMC costs and $40 more than the part from Dennis Carpenter with the Dennis Carpenter sticker still on it. Their website shows a full refund policy on new parts within 30 days but charge a 20% restocking fee in store. I now have store credit at a place I will never step foot in again smh.

We traveled to Dallas for the day. Stopped in to look. Had some cool merchandise. Our truck wouldn't crank after. Tony and his Employees were so friendly and helpful. Offered to drive us to Uhaul to rent a truck with car hauler. The Mechanic (I forget his name) arrived while Tony was closing the Store. His Mechanic looked at our truck. Tony let me wait inside the store where it was cooler and gave us bottles of cold water. The Mechanic offered to get the part needed down the road at Auto Zone and put it on for us. Didn't need to. He somehow got the truck to crank and it got us back home to Hooks, TX. We were needing to go by Summit for a hood for a customer at our Body Shop. Tony had the hood we needed, so we bought it from Him. They are AWESOME!!! Give them your Business

Overpriced. Return policy says full refund, but they charge a 20% restocking fee which their website and return policy does not state at all (hidden fees). This is considered false sales practices and is highly illegal. You can read about it under Chapter 17 in Texas Business and Commerce Code - Deceptive Trade Practices Act. If you want a full refund as their policy states you will receive and they do not give it to you first you need to send a formal notice that allows them up to 60 days to remedy the situation by giving you your refund in full as their policy states. Gather your evidence (copy of their refund policy, receipts, and copy of your notice and any other conversations.. get it all in writing), then file a complaint with the Texas office of the attorney General or the federal Trade commission. Do better Southwest Classics. Either rupdate your return policy to reflect your 20% restocking fee or refund in full as your return policy states.

Small store with a big warehouse. If you're going here you already know what you're looking for. They have many parts and if they don't, they can probably get it for you. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Seems like most of the bad review customers have problems with online orders, but I've always had great experiences with them in person and over the phone. I think the key to online is calling to see if the part is in stock. The website doesn't seem advanced enough to know when inventory levels are out of stock so it'll let you order and then the order just sits in a hold file maybe? 🤷🏽♂️ Anyway, in person these folks are awesome. They'll help you find the parts you need, answer questions and even provide suggestions if you're looking for help. If you'd like to experience what all the auto part stores use to feel like, come here. Customer service at the counter actually feels like they want to help you. It's a refreshing change from all the Auto Zones and O'Reilly's where they act annoyed you're even in the store.
