When you have a Jeep and there is nice weather, what does one do??? Take off the doors as that what Jeeps are made to do. The door was not sitting right and I took it up to the dealership, who then wanted me to take it to their body shop who wrote an estimate for $$$$ as they would have to order the part which was about $60+, then take 5 hours to remove the bracket which they claim would take 5 hours at $52+ an hour, & 5 hours to paint a bracket at $54+ an hour. I found DFW Collision and Chris emailed me back and we talked. I sent him the pictures and he said he thought the bracket just needed to be tightened. After further inspection, I saw where the bracket did move and was able to get it straightened and tightened. Now, my door sits flushed as it should be. This is how a body shop should be. Honest, willing to help like Chris did, and earning my respect and trust. All this just from just pics being seen and not the actual vehicle should say something. In a world where people will take advantage of the situation instead of helping, I'm very thankful for Chris and DFW Collision.

These people refused to work on our car after an accident because they didn't want to work with the at fault drivers insurance company..........Huh?..........That is a major part of the business your in! Don't waste your time or money here. Go to a smaller, highly rated collision center in the area where they will take care of you and your vehicle.

Yvetta and DFW Collision gave me the most amazing experience hands down! From the delivery of my vehicle by tow 2.5 hours away to the day I picked it up less than a month later. Yvetta stayed in constant contact either through texting or phone calls. She was very patient with my questions and knowledgeable of what type of work that was being done on my vehicle. When she told me my vehicle would be ready in less than a month I couldn't believe it! I used Caliber Collision on South Freeway in Burleson in the past but never again after the DFW Collision experience. Caliber Collision had my car for 4 months and there was less damage to that vehicle than the one that DFW Collision repaired. The receptionist was very friendly when I talked to her on the phone and in person. Thank you Yvetta and DFW Collision for everything! My vehicle looks great!

David Ceballos with DFW Collision in Arlington was wonderful to work with. He maintained communication with me and kept me updated on my repairs throughout the entire process. I had a totally unrelated issue with my car that I needed addressed when I picked it up that I ended up talking with him about. He helped me work it out with no problem. He is patient, kind and very understanding. I totally recommend this place. Not only because of the work that they do, but because of people like David. Thank you so much for your help. Lack of transparency is the reason for this bad review. Decisions pertaining to what goes on with a vehicle should be decided by the owner and/or the insurance company. I want my vehicle to come out with ALL pieces fixed and if for some reason it cannot, this should be conveyed to the customer for course of action to come. In my case I noticed I was missing a wheel well trim on the unaffected side of the vehicle, calling to find out the piece apparently “broke” and was thrown away and that this specific part had been discontinued… the only recourse was a “ugly black color” piece as stated by Moses the associate and admitted executive it seems. Moving forward, the piece is now missing from my car and unbenknowst to me until today which was followed by an unfortunate call and an even more unfortunate review. Hopefully this review can prevent this for future customers spending potentially thousands or maybe serve as evidence to others which may have experienced the same thing.

Chris was amazing! I was only there for 10 minutes with the cheapest quote in town, and they had my trucks tailgate done and painted in less than a week. I'll definitely be coming back to this place. They were wonderful.

I don't usually write reviews, but being a business owner myself, I know it is really difficult to please everyone, but I was really impressed with the communication during the process, and how well the work was done. It took the exact amount of time that they said to get the car finished , they even washed the car, vacuumed it, and put armor all on the tires. I was not expecting that, but great job!! I was impressed!

From insurance, I called to set up an appointment. Lady said no need just come in. First thing they asked when i arrived, what time is your appointment. Really? Can't say anything about there work, couldn't get past the office staff. Regardless of what the state of my vehicle is in, all I would like is it repaired. The first thing is to get a estimate like all shops. Certain damage can be seen, and others can't. Need to take car apart to find other damage. Just how it is and all repair shops do the same thing. From my understanding of the situation, I needed to commit to their shop before they would do anything, which includes answering questions. This could have been said over phone and not wasted my time. Recommend going somewhere else, so not to deal with office people.

The employees at this location were very professional and kind. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and there were willing to assist. My car was ready earlier than expected and they did a phenomenal job. They kept me updated throughout the process and I appreciated the step by step updates. We were referred to DFW Collision from Vandergriff Honda where we have been taking our car service for many year with great satisfaction. Manager Chris Houston and his team did an excellent job repairing our car after we were T-boned on the passenger side. The communication during the repair was outstanding and timely. The customer service received from everyone we spoke with was great. Even the other drivers insurance company made the comment that DFW Collision was much better to work with than most bodyshops. I do NOT recommend this shop at all. I used this body shop because it was one of the referrals from my insurance company for hail damage repairs. I dropped off my vehicle on 7/3, and it took almost a full month before they called on 7/30 to say it was ready. That delay alone was frustrating, but it only got worse. The first red flag was when they told me my rear passenger door wouldn’t be repaired due to a “Chevrolet paint issue” — something they blamed on the manufacturer. I didn’t argue, planning to handle it with my insurance later. When I picked my vehicle up on 7/31, I immediately noticed that my AC was blowing warm air. I thought maybe it just needed to run a bit after sitting so long. But later that same day during my lunch break, I turned it on again and the heat blasting from the AC was unbearable — like the heater on full blast. I called the shop and spoke to Moses, explaining the issues: • AC not working • Wires hanging near the pedals • Static noise from the speakers • Hissing sound from the dashboard Instead of addressing the problems, he only responded by asking if I knew my check engine light was on. I told him I’d bring it back the next day as he advised. When I returned, I spoke with a different tech who completely dismissed everything I mentioned except for the AC. He blamed the hot air on a coolant issue, the age of my vehicle (8–9 years), and the mileage (126,000 miles) — even though my vehicle was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off. Suddenly, he “found” a coolant leak and said that must be the reason for the AC not working. None of the other issues were looked at or taken seriously. They never took accountability and kept shifting blame. Now I’m stuck taking my vehicle to a different shop to fix issues that didn’t exist before. Take my advice: avoid this shop. If you must use them, document every working system before dropping off your vehicle

I dropped my car off on October 22nd for some minor front-end damage to be fixed. I got the vehicle back a week later, on November 1st.I noticed November 5th that the bumper was already coming off and some of the paint appeared to be bubbling. When I reached out to address this issue, I had a phone conversation with Moses. He stated that I must have done something and that these things don't just happen on their own. As I tried to explain to him when I noticed it, he cut me off and said, "Well, we'll fix it. Get it brought in, you know, but like I said, it's something you did." He was unbelievably condescending and disrespectful. I'm not sure what his problem is. When I asked him to listen to me, he was quick to get me off the phone and hung up on me mid-sentence. When I showed up on November 6th for them to fix the original work that was not done correctly, I was met with a condescending tone from Moses as to why I showed up early when I had an appointment at 3:00. He proceeded to tell me it's not going to come out on its own, but they'll get it taken care of. After they fixed it, he said again, "I'm not sure what you did, but they don't come out on their own. Maybe be careful next time." I explained to him that the splash guard had been missing for over a year, and he said once again, "They don't come out on their own. Be careful next time." There was no accountability whatsoever. I can already see after leaving the shop today that it's probably going to pop out again due to their lack of care and accountability. The paint is bubbling already. I'm just going to reach out to my insurance and the Better Business Bureau to get this resolved. I'm not really sure what else to do here to get this fixed. I'm not sure if it's because I'm not the same as skin color as Moses, or if he has an issue with handling things in a correct, professional way. Either way, I would avoid this shop.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After being in a wreck and not knowing how to proceed with repairs and insurance, all my doubts & questions were answered patiently by Yvetta. From the start, Yvetta kept me informed every step of the way and got my car back to me faster than I expected. Sure, I wish it could’ve been done in three days, but realistically, they moved fast — and the end result was worth it. My car looks like nothing ever happened and I didn’t have to communicate with the insurance after the initial inspection process. Huge thanks to Yvetta and the entire team for the great communication, professionalism, and quality work. Definitely recommend them!
