Excellent customer service and prices. Straight to the point when it comes to what needs to be done and how much it will cost. I have been a customer of Jerry's for years, and I'll never go anywhere else! I always get the best services for the best price. Unlike the dealership, and every other repair shop I've been to, they don't talk down to me just because I'm a woman. They are thorough and efficient. And quick! Even if a part has to be ordered, it never takes long. You can trust that you won't get the run around here, and you won't be over charged or sold services you don't need. They take the time to explain every service and part. They will even show you on your vehicle what the issue is. I've gone in for a check engine light, turned out a cable was loose. They didn't charge me. Did I mention that they're the best? The absolutely are! They care about the safety of you and your vehicle! I'm so greatful that this terrific group of people exist and so is my wallet.

We took my son’s car in with electrical problems. It suddenly just wouldn’t start. Electrical problems are a really difficult problem to diagnose and we were afraid it was going to be really expensive to fix. I can not say enough good things about the people at Jerry’s. They were friendly, professional and efficient and they fixed our problem that same day. The charge was very fair and we were very pleasantly surprised with how easy they made getting this car back on the road. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any friend or family member. I believe they are a business you can trust to be fair and do the work right.

Don't look anywhere else, just go here. My 2011 Toyota Camry started running rough a couple days ago. Yesterday morning while pulling out of my driveway for work the Check Engine and Traction lights illuminated simultaneously. A few seconds later she stalled out. I suspected a sensor but knew it could be anything from a gas cap to a Catalytic Converter. So stopped and filled up the tank, got on the road- same. Went home and started researching shops. I do a lot of my own auto mx, but anytime I need engine or rack work I fade it. When I look for an auto guy I look for three things- 1) good reviews with more than a couple sentences (these people took the time to explain why they're happy); 2) a Mom and Pop place (I detest big chains in any service); 3) a place which has been in business for awhile. Jerry's checked all three boxes. Not only do they have good reviews, they ANSWER their reviews- especially the bad ones. They're a local joint which has been in business over 45 years (I was quickly corrected that it was now approaching 50). And they open at 7:00am. Dropped off the car- their shop bays were clean and well kept but didn't have the chain shop vibe- then boogied to work. Received a phone call about three hours later. They pulled the codes- MAF Sensor/Lean System- did some checking under the hood and found the Resonator had came loose on the Air Inlet Tube. A couple weeks back I'd swapped a Windshield Wiper Fluid line on the underside of the hood and inadvertently knocked it loose. I should have caught it, but they did. Gladly paid the $115 Diagnostics charge (not exorbant) and cut my losses. Auto issues always mess up people's ju-ju. This is a place you can trust.

Dropped off truck wednesday and was told they were planning on it being done Monday. Checked Thursday morning and told looks like will be done Friday. Then Thursday afternoon told it was done. Pleasant surprises. And this was a dash removal for an a/c evaporator on a ram truck. They replaced the evaporator and heater core on my ram 2500.... in one day. For 1780.00. And it works great and you can't tell they worked on it.

I have a 2008 Ford F-150 that I brought here after the Ford dealership that had been serving my truck for the Entire time after purchase , was taking my money instead of quality service. I know my truck is older and was having engine problems because of mileage ,But I LOVE my truck! and Jerry's restored my F-150! . I spent $10, 000 for ALL the work it takes to replace the engine and all the parts that are connected to it.. after less than 2 weeks , (which I felt was a reasonable amount of time) we got the truck back but the check engine light came back on but Jerry's sent a tow truck out immediately to fix the problem and gave me my truck back in a matter of a day, No charge either. I also received a 3-year warranty up to $100,000 miles for the work done, which I feel is incredible. This is a family-owned business that takes great pride in the service that they give. I am so happy as well as relieved to know I will be able to keep my vehicle running and in great shape now that I found this place I will no longer take my Ford to any dealership. Jerry's is the only place I will bring my truck from now on for any service. Please do not pass up this review if you are looking for Quality Service versus a place that will only take your money.
