Don't value the warranty they give you, they tell you to bring your vehicle back if you have any problems but when you bring it back they don't won't to fix it. Stay away from this place and they change their name to much and I should have not went their just because of that!

There is no choice for zero stars so iam obliged to rate this trash shop as a 1 star, took my car there for oil change they broke my engine that will cost more than 10,000$ and denied that it was there mistake after paying over 1000$ for oil, filters and parts. Left the car for more than 3 month at their shop trying to find a solution and when we sent the towing to move it he refused to give the car for the towing until he get paid more money. Beside that they are dump in this business they also try to steel money from you. Dump and theft together in one place Citi auto care

Beware of upselling, poor transparency, and dismissive treatment. My 2004 Dodge Durango (under 30,000 original miles) was quoted for new rotors/brakes. When I came in and asked to see the rotors, there was no damage; the story changed to “wait ~10k miles.” I also asked to be called when the “new transmission” arrived so I could inspect it—no call; I was told they “didn’t have time.” Despite paying over $4,000, the transmission is still throwing codes. At their other location I was treated more politely, but told to drive it until it fails, as long as it happens during my 3‑year warranty. Only after pressing did they confirm it was refurbished/rebuilt, not new. Logistics were chaotic: I was told to pick up, Ubered 1.5 hours, arrived to find my hood up, then had to wait ~25 minutes for the owner to come from another location. On a prior visit—when it was supposed to be done—I saw a front‑desk employee sitting in my vehicle while it was on the lift. There was even a conversation about $10 for gas to drive my car around; when I said fine, take it, it was declined—but by then I was in tears. This vehicle has sentimental value, and I was asked why I don’t “just get a new car.” Finally, after the visit my brand‑new code reader was missing; later the owner called saying they had my scanner, but I was 2.5 hours away and couldn’t return to pick it up. I left feeling talked down to and bullied, as if they assumed I knew nothing about my own car—or its unusually low mileage.

Honesty is the best policy. These guys took good care of my vehicle. I came to them with my own part. They looked at it, saw that it was something that they could do, and did it for a reasonable price. Being that I am only in town for a week and doesn't know Arlington like that, I stopped at the first place I saw. They even had a good price on the oil change service too!... I highly recommend this establishment.

I wouldn’t recommend this auto shop to anyone At first everything seemed legit but boy was I wrong! Ended up paying almost $500 for a check engine light which came back on after two days and I had to go back several times over the course of two weeks, each time being met with a different excuse as to why it kept happening After trying everything without success and being exhausted, they suggested another problem which would cost three times more to fix. It just seemed like the guy was guessing and didn’t really know what the issue was I would have accepted an honest opinion if they couldn’t fix it but instead I was strung along and ended up paying a fortune and wasting a lot of valuable time for something that wasn’t resolved at all
