I dropped a set of 4 wheels and the finishing all around on the wheels not good at all and another thing to mention the last at the optics she’s so rude and keep flipping her eyes and attitude not coming back I’d rather go to dallas wheels repair shop more professional with there job

I had a small bend in my rim.The guy that helped me was lazy, didn't want to take my spare tire down, then charged me a extra 80$ to Skip ahead, when i return to my vehicle, he put none of my tools back, nor put the cap back on my tire. 180$ I'll find somewhere else to go if i have this problem again.

Rim background was suppose to be black but was painted red. Did not pay attention to request on receipt. I have been waiting for over a month to get my car back now I have to wait longer because of this mistake with the rim. Very upset customer. Alot of time and frustration.

I could not find a company in Houston to narrow a set of wheels for a custom application. I located their number online and gave them a call explaining what 8 needed done. I was told no worries they could do it. I drove 4 hours and dropped off a pair of wheels to have 1 1/2" taken out. They were having a tough time finding the correct barrels for the wheels but never gave up, and the price never changed from the original price. I was finally called to pick up the wheels and could not be happier. Wheels fit perfectly!! It was well worth the wait to have them done correctly. Would not hesitate to let them do another job for me. Great job guys! Thanks!

Took a rim here to get repair and refinished. It was supposed to be candy red and black even said it on the receipt. Took it back to so they could make it right but they told me they needed another rim to match it. Didn't need it the first time but now they do not because they really needed it but just to make it difficult for me. So I saved myself time and headache painted it myself. If they couldn't get it right the first time I'm definitely bot giving them a chance to repeat their mistakes.

Did not have good luck with this company. Brought wheels in to get powder coated, they had my wheels for 4 weeks and still could not get them right. No communication from Alan at all. Finally drove down to check on them, he told me that they bubbled from contaminants (said they tried 5 times). I asked if they were sandblasted before hand. He said yes and tried to give me excuses. I told him to fire his sandblaster guy. He did finally admit to not paying them. These wheels were not sandblasted! I asked where my tires went, he stated that they threw them away. WTH? Also, did not get my lug nuts back either. He wanted me to pay for the powder coating material costs. I told him I did not feel comfortable doing that. He stated well just take them , you wont be back anyway. This described interaction really does not matter because it's a he said she said situation, so I will just let the attached pictures speak for themselves.

My wheel was cracked and bent so Discount wouldn’t put a tire on it. Found this place on google maps. I almost bought a new rim..but this was like half the cost of my 20” Versus wheel. It looks way better than I expected honestly. There was no price change and it was completed slighter faster than estimated. Roughly a 24hr turn around. If you have vac spare you can just drop off the wheel.

I took my son's rim here. It was bent and couldn't have a tire installed on it. Allen helped me out. He took a look at it and said it would be no problem. They did the work absolutely awesome! Everyone was super helpful and the rim looks better than brand new! I highly recommend this wheel repair shop. They're fast affordable and do excellent work!

Used them for 4 years until now. I had a cracked wheel repaired by them, and 3 months later it started leaking again. I called and they said they had to see it to give me a price. Lady on the phone sounded like she made some policy up out of no where saying “since it has been a few months we would need to charge again…”. I called Senato Wheel Repair in Plano, and he said they are supposed to have a 1 year warranty on the work that they do, and that he works with Specialist Wheel Repair sometimes. He found it weird they wanted to charge again. Lady on the phone never told me that. Seems shady that they cannot honor the warranty on their work, and would rather charge me again for a poor job than keep a client who has brought 5 sets of wheels to them and more that I had planned on refinishing with Specialist Wheel Repair. Sad. They lost a loyal client due to their DISHONESTY. All of my wheels will now go to Senato. He actually does honor a 1 year warranty for his work, and is transparent about it.
