I tried Christian Brothers Automotive repair center and couldn't believe the insanity with their pricing. I have an 03 Ford Expedition and for years had it serviced routinely at the Ford dealership so I'm used to paying for great service. My issues started last year when I had my battery replaced and new cables installed from the alternator to the battery posts. Shortly after paying my battery light started coming on again. Surely it couldn't be the battery again, well guess what, it was the freaking battery, again. At the time work was insanely busy and I didn't have time to address the issue but then Covid hits. I called to see what was covered and while they replaced the battery I had them give me a price quote on my turn signal that snapped and a headlight that was blown. For a turn signal they wanted close to $600 as shown on the text and close to $80 for the light. If the service came close to a pleasant experience I wouldn't mind spending but I replaced the signal myself for $45 and bought a new set of headlights for $120 with a 3 year warranty. For me it's not about the price but the experience.

Christian Brothers took my call for servicing an engine light, same day, went right in and fixed the same day. I originally went to the dealer who needed me to leave my car from Friday-all weekend-and maybe get it diagnosed by Tuesday of next week!!! Not only did I get into Christian Brothers same day and fixed, but I also have my fully-serviced car for the weekend. You are truly Servant Leaders Thank you for all you do.

My 14 yo vehicle had >$5,600.00 worth of needed repairs (considering I really have done little more than basic maintenance on it, that was unexpected). Kevin and Jason worked with me to prioritize the repairs and keep the immediate repairs to a much more manageable amount. The end result was a dramatic improvement. The staff are very friendly & efficient. John, the courtesy driver was very friendly and gave me a ride home and a ride back when my car was ready. Fantastic company, highly recommend them.

Their prices are extremely higher than the prices at Lake Worth location, and the green Oaks location was extremely nice and even though I was not within their zone, they gave me a courtesy ride. They told me that I was zoned for this location, and when I went to this location, they would not match the Lake Worth pricing for an oil change and also would not give me a courtesy ride. I would suggest going to any other Christian Brothers location. The price for the oil change I needed at Lake Worth with 79.99 and they were asking me for 119.99. I like Christian Brothers, but don’t go to this location

Over priced & inflated rates. They charged double what my dealership quoted me. Needed struts & control arm. My Cadillac dealer quoted me $4300. Went "Christian" brothers thinking they would come in way less. To my surprise they wanted $4000 just for the struts alone, then another $2000 for the control arms. What a freaking rip off. Then added all these misc. checks they claimed my care needed which would have brought the total to around $8000. NO THANK YOU CHRISTIAN BROTHERS CAN KEEP THEIR THOUGHTS & PRAYERS. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

The customer service was great and all the staff were pretty nice. Im doing 3 stars because beware ladies they'll definetly over charge you. They tried to charge me over 300$ for pouring some brake fluid in my car. That's pretty outrageous. I won't deal with them again but other than that the people are nice.

Not only is the staff at this location friendly, they are thorough, informative and timely. My car has a LOT of miles on it and they are carefully going above and beyond to make it safe for me to drive. I can’t remember any shop being this generous! Obviously a hood honest leadership.

Wednesday morning 7 AM appt. 8 AM, CBA sends me video footage using a stethoscope to locate a noise issue in my engine bay, they advised its a bad bearing in my Alternator. They diagnosed it in under an hour despite being busy. They also advised they would fix it and have it ready the next day. 1:25 PM Thursday repair finished. The noise issue is gone, I had prompt and responsive text communication with CBA. I would love to write an even better review but I already wasted an hour on the nightmare experience at Vandergriff Honda (feel free to go look). CBA has earned a customer. Nothing but professional in their communication, customer service, shuttle service, etc.

I am so disappointed 1st I took vehicle there they were going to do front alignment for 49.95 because discount tires replaced tires.Couldn't do because needed shocks one was bent so didn't do it appreciated they told me why so they didn't do it. I am on a set senior income so found another place to do repairs for less. They told me to bring once this was. Never said if you don't do here can't honor 49.95 alignment. Did work somewhere else not do expensive. I called them now after doing repairs Juan tells me since I didn't do work there they can't honor discount tires 49.95 for front end alignment which they were when I took it and they told me what was wrong and couldn't do alignment. I feel this was wrong of them to hold it against me for not doing repairs there. Will find somewhere else but feel I need to share.

No stars. I took my car in a month ago to have the heater looked at after eight hours. I didn’t hear from anybody so I called. I found out that they needed to have a computer update and they needed to submit my request to my warranty company. They told me I could pick up my car and then they will get back to me in a couple of days so that we could get the service completed after a couple of days. I didn’t hear from anybody so I called and was told that someone would call me back this same pattern continued for weeks on end where I yet have. Had someone call me back even though I’ve requested having a manager call me. I have no heat in my vehicle and the engine light is still on since they have not repaired the vehicle I continue to call and leave voicemails and no one bothers to call me back. I would not recommend this company after I had to use them several other times with great success but now I’m not sure what happened.

My whole world was shattered when my car broke down on the side of the freeway right after getting my car fixed from a different auto shop!! My friend referred me to Christian Brothers they saved my car and my life lol!! The service is top notch! Thanks to the shuttle service I was able to go back home instead of waiting for hours. The shuttle driver was super awesome He brightened my spirits at a very stressful time! Their organization and thoroughness and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and confident that they would fix my car correctly. Great customer service! Someone always answered the phone also I left my favorite coffee cup there and they set it aside for me till I came back. Thank God for Christian Brothers Auto! This is a place of prestige and excellence. I want to always take my cars here from now on!!!

Find another shop Pretty sure they upcha4ged a service I didn't need Went in for oil burning in engine Fixed that and did a head gasket replacement I don't think I needed. Somehow, they contaminated the catalytic converter that they said needed to be replaced at exorbitant cost Not sure they really checked it out. Took to another shop and talked to Subaru who quoted a repair half their estimate and will do a more thorough review of systm

10 out of 10 i wouldn't truck any where else with my vehicles. Kindness and courtesy were on point. They ended up getting a part early and called to let me know. They don't mess around either with getting the job done! The videos and pictures they took to detail issues in the estimate were wonderful quality and detailed. Worse experience ever!! Please don’t go here they are a complete waste of time from the start the vibe I got was racist from the front desk guy didn’t even greed me or knowledge me until I went up to him mind this the previous couple was white as him and oh lord best customer service for them. Also they keep my car from 1pm until 6pm stating they couldn’t work on it which I understand they claimed the car required attention and couldn’t proceed with the alignment but took them 6 hrs to determine the issue when I had an appointment at 1:30pm? Again save your money I’m sure they are pricey.

Brought the vehicle in for a coolant consumption Issue. Vehicle was running fine otherwise no temperature issues, rpm’s were good. Shop claimed they couldn’t find the issue after allegedly checking water pump, turbocharger, engine block, and hoses. I took the car and 20miles down the road it starts spewing excessive white smoke out the tailpipe. I tow it back to the shop and they spend the following day with it. At the end of the day I come by to check on it. They hadn’t really inspected it they just let it idle and filled it with coolant not even test driving. They said it was safe to drive to take it drove it over weekend and report findings to them. I took the car back and no less than 10 miles down the road when it gets back to my house the car goes up in flames. Of course they will claim they “tried” to resolve the issue when all they really did was attempt to shake responsibility.
