This was my first time visiting this location for an inspection. Since it was a Saturday, O assumed I'd have to wait a lil while. The guy who was doing the inspections advised it would be about a 30 minute wait as there were 2 cars ahead of me. So I parked and waited maybe 5-7 minutes and he told me the second car wasn't ready and he could take mine. I got out and went to the lobby. About 15 minutes later he came to the lobby and said I was done! I will definitely be back for my inspection next year. I wish I knew his name. But thank you for servicing me so quick and efficiently!

I had my oil changed at this speedy location on South Cooper Street. I asked for the $79.99 Oil change. Unfortunately, I did not read that. All costs were not included for the $79.99 oil change. When I checked out my total was $109 and some change. One of those things is a $10 plastic oil cap they put on every Ford because the concern is the gasket will shrink and leak oil. The rest of the $40 is disposal fees, labor and parts that you would just think would have been included with the. $79.99. I did require additional oil which they did not charge me for, but the manager said she had GOOGLED how much oil my car required so they put in the correct amount. Please make sure you READ ALL OF THE SIGNAGE AT THIS LOCATION!! I was told it all posted everywhere. I asked her what would you do if someone got to the register and did not have 40 additional dollars to pay well that’s never happened. The other locations do not charge like this one does. I gave one star because you have to choose one to proceed.

Recently I was at Speedee for tune-up and oil change. I had recently had gone to Midas for new brake pads. I had no idea Speedee was a complete auro service. My experience at SpeeDee was a 5+ plus 5+ plus 5+ i could go on and on that is how great the service was. Competent staff all around from the person at desk taking payments to the person putting oil in car. Stellar mechanics and big shout out to the lady who did the tune up and checked the brakes. Every single staff member was amazing. There are several coupons available.that helps with cost. I will always go there for all my auto needs. THANK YOU, SpeeDee

I was pleased surprised with I was in and out and how I wasn’t haggled for fake car issues. They fixed my oil without trying to sell me new seat covers or life insurance. I plan on going back. They also aired up my tires, cleaned my windshield, vacuumed the inside of my car, and I walked away with Girl Scout Cookies. I was a happy customer!
