I went here to get my tire replaced and the guy broke my key for the rim, he put too much pressure on it for sure, his excuse was that my key was too sensitive, No, my key was not that old. I went to my dealer ship to get a new key which was not cheap at all. So I made sure I kept my receipt and went back to the shop so he can reimburse me for my key that he broke. And I’m a peaceful guy, I wasn’t getting angry or anything but the guy that broke my key and the manager (I think), they both started raising their voice at me and giving me attitude and such, claiming that it happens all the time and making excuses and that he is not gonna pay me for my key. I use to go here all the time but not any more, Never again I will come here, neither my family and friends

They seemed great at first but it was an inconvience and their fault at miscommunication. I called for a quote on a price and a part they had available, only to be told in person they didnt have it. It was a 30min walk and i was pregnant. I suffer from heat exhaustion as well and it was 104 degrees outside.

They changed my oil, did a good job and charged a fair price. My only complaint is there is no where clean to sit. All the furniture inside looks like it belongs in the rubbish bin. As long as you're not there to sit, you'll be fine.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! this place does not even deserve one star. they take advantage of people with little mechanical knowledge. they charged $500 for a left rotor and brake pads and an alignment. the truck drove worse after they worked on it and when those issues were addressed, they try to blame the problem on something else rather than on their on incompetence and the owner refuses to be accountable for those working for the owner. I took the truck to another shop and they showed me a video of a worn out driver side lower control arm ball joint and therefore, no way it could be properly aligned with that much movement. and the mechanics did not see this??? its a $40 part. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Came for an alignment, they didn’t wanna do it because they closed in an hour and 30, said to come back the next day and they’ll do it for cheaper, I went, and this time they said they needed some tool they “didn’t have”. wasted my time

If you want your car diagnosed incorrectly this is the place to bring it too. I brought my vehicle in and explained what the issue was and the owner said he was going to charge me $50 to diagnose my vehicle. After he mechanic misdiagnosed my vehicle and I told him the issue which was a loose screw which his mechanic confirmed would not loosen again the owner charged me $35 to tighten a screw. The owner doesn’t like to give receipts and when asked he refuse's. Brought vehicle back due to having the same issue and now he states it is not the same issue and now states he replaced 2 screws last time..I asked again for a receipt showing proof of the work he did and stated he doesn’t have it since it was over 1-2 months ago. Then proceeds to say if I want him to diagnose the issue it will be $50.. At that point I told him to bring my vehicle off the lift and give me my keys..who wants to pay for another misdiagnosis.

It's a very unpleasant place I went to have my car's engine changed and they left me the same one I had I know because before taking it to the workshop I marked the old engine and it's the same engine number I had and the gentleman denies everything

Our Chrysler minivan check engine light came on when we were on our way to Six Flags over Texas. 303 Auto was open and was able to repair our vehicle while we went to the park. Super thankful they were able to fix our vehicle and on a holiday weekend. Decent pricing and they were transparent about repairs.

Very poor service — no respect, no sense of quality. The auto technician with the ponytail was especially unprofessional and appeared to take out personal frustrations on customers. I would advise caution when dealing with him.

YESTERDAY I WENT TO THIS PLACE AND GOT AN OIL CHANGED . WHEN I MADE IT HOME MY PIPE WAS SMOKING THIN WHITE SMOKE CHECKED MY OIL THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO OIL IN MY CAR NONE . I HAVE NO LEAKS THEY BASICALLY TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT DOING THE JOB … NOT ONLY THAT THEY RESET MY OIL TO A 100% AS IF THE JOB WAS DONE . THIS PLACE NEGLECTED A PAID JOB . IF SOMETHING COME UP WRONG WITH MY CAR I WILL GET MY ATTORNEY INVOLVED AND I ALSO HAVE MY RECEIPT THERES NO WAY 7 HOURS LATER MY DIPSTICK IS DRY AND I DONT HAVE AN OIL LEAK !!!!!!!!!!! ALSO REPORT THIS COMPANY TO BBB!

I did a alignment 5 days ago and my tire is bad now. When I call for warranty because they told I got 1 week. They told they won’t give me any warranty and also the guy was yelling to me and talking in a really bad way.
