He’s professional, efficient, and always treats customers with genuine respect. Recently, I came in late in the afternoon—about 45 minutes before closing—and David still made sure I was taken care of. He got me in for an oil change and an alignment without any hesitation, and the whole process was handled smoothly and quickly. I’ve had tires installed here as well, and every time David has explained everything clearly, helped me understand my options, and made sure the work was done right. He always goes the extra mile to make things as convenient as possible, which means a lot when you’re relying on your car every day. As a woman and a full-time rideshare driver, it’s a huge relief to have found a shop where I feel I can trust the service, the workmanship, and the pricing. That peace of mind is invaluable. This may have been the BEST experience that I have ever had at an auto shop. My husband’s car had a screw in the tire that was causing a slow leak, so I took to the Google to search for a place that would repair the tire for cheap. American Tire Depot was one of the first results and, to my surprise, they offer free tire repairs, as long as the tire meets some specific criteria (our tire did). And no, the tire does not have to have been purchased at one of their stores; it can be from anywhere. I had made an appointment for 10:30am on Thursday and called that morning to see if they could tell me whether I should plan to drop the car off and come back later or if it would take such a short amount of time that I should just wait in their lobby. The representative on the phone politely suggested that I drop it off. Since that was the case, I decided to head on over early (8:30am) and bring my dog, so that we could walk home together. We walked into the lobby and the man behind the counter (really wishing that I had taken a moment to get his name) was extremely friendly. He told me that they just slowed down and would be able to work on my car immediately, so I should just wait there. He was great with my dog too, petting and playing with her. I took her down the block a bit, so that she could relieve herself, and then went back to wait in the lobby (the desk rep happily welcomed my dog in). All-in-all, I was there for 30 minutes max when he handed me my keys and thanked me for coming in. EXCELLENT experience and a great way to kickstart my day. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I recently visited American Tire Depot for what I expected to be just a wheel alignment, but my experience turned into much more thanks to the manager, David. Because of his professionalism, insight, and transparency, I ended up doing additional business with American Tire Depot rather than going to a competitor. From the moment I arrived, David demonstrated complete professionalism, confidence, and honesty. He took the time to clearly explain everything in detail, answered my questions thoroughly, and made sure I fully understood my options. Nothing felt rushed, pressured, or biased toward what would benefit the shop most—his recommendations were genuinely based on what was best for me as a customer. I didn’t just feel like I was in good hands—I could clearly see it through his explanations and transparent approach. I got a nail in my tire at about 530 pm called and/ or went to every tire shop near me and no one was willing to help, stopped to see David at American tire depot. He went in the back, talked to his technician and they were able to take care of me, even though it was pretty close to closing time. David and I had a great conversation. I’m sitting here, contemplating what could possibly be said negatively about this place! Just being sarcastic, haha! I’ve visited this establishment a few times, and each time, I’ve received exceptional customer service. While some establishments offer good or even great customer service, this place takes it to an entirely different level. It’s evident that the customer service personnel genuinely care about their customers. They remember names, provide quotes on different tires, and even offer recommendations for better deals and warranties. They also engage in friendly conversations and pay attention to details. One instance that stands out was when DAVID noticed my Veterans hat and acknowledged it, which most people don’t. It touched my heart, and he gave me a handshake, a hug, and expressed his gratitude for my service. That’s what I call above and beyond great customer service! I can’t say enough good things about David and Willie at American Tire Depot. After buying two specific tire sensors and calling and visiting multiple shops with no luck, I was beyond frustrated. When I came in, David and Willie actually took the time to check my tires thoroughly instead of just selling me parts I didn’t need. They quickly realized that my vehicle’s tire sensors are extremely sensitive to PSI and that all I needed was the correct tire pressure, not new sensors at all. Their honesty, knowledge, and willingness to take the extra time made all the difference.
