I called and all I wanted to know was if I could bring my car in for a tire rotation and how much it costs. The guy who answered the phone seemed to barely speak English, repeatedly didn't understand what I was asking, and hung up on me twice.

I called and asked for a specific tire size. They said the have plenty for 50 each. When I arrived less than 20 minutes later, they only had 2 low quality mismatched tires and the price went up to 60.

This is my usual spot for used tires but i went recently to get 4 used tires and the guy said they had none with this i'm too tired to do anything and with an attitude. I noticed i had a messed up lug nut on my front wheel and asked him if he can fix that and without looking or trying he just said "NO" with an attitude.. From that day it changed my perspective of the shop.. Honestly all the times i've been there i had great service but now i'm finding a new shop since this guy wants to be an idiot and give me that disrespect.

My tire light came on. I looked up a used tire spot near my location. I called to check if they were able to help me before showing up. They said they would be able to look at my car. Once I should up and explained my tire light came on. One of the guys asked which tire needed air. I said i didnt know. Then he put air in my all four of my tires. Told me to drive around the block to see if the light would come off. IT DIDN'T come off!!! Once I pulled back up to the shop... literally from circling the block! They were locking the gates... smh at 2:59 p.m !! They're lazy, rude and smelled like beer. Worst customer service ever. I told they guy I was told to drive around the block and come back. He continued to lock the gate and said "we close at 3" with an attitude. Smh. Online it states their shop closes a 4 p.m. ... take your car to Mexico tires on PCH and Magnolia!! They helped me without an issue. Very professional, clean & they did not smell like alcohol. I had two nails in my tire. Smh. They replaced the tire without hesitation.

Always is good if somebody who knows his job check your tire and fill up the proper tire level for your own safety. Spend$2.00 Dlrs. And that it. You spend more money at gas Stations and is not even Right

Came here when my tire burst. He fixed it in just 15 minutes. It's a cash only shop. I didn't have any cash with me at that time, fortunately, the owner let me go on an ATM run. Everything was done for $40.

Please don't go there. Lately it looks abandoned. There is something very unscrupulous going on. Its closed during biz hours but when you call a young dude answers the Phone is evasive says one thing then changes the price within 30 ssecond. Then you get there place closed and a man in the residence adjacent comes out tells you that the tire Dude is his Son and is taking a dump and will be there shortly. Then he behaves like the Son's broker asking what the nature of your requests then inflates the price. So for installing 2. Tires with balance they want S50. Pacific tires wants $36 and America's tires where I bought the 2 brand new wants $40. I went to Pacific tires on Santa Fe got way more than requested for less than Norby or America tires. Just get your tires and install them at Pacific tires save all the waiting and double talk because they are inexpensive fast and highly efficient

They don't speak much but the service is amazing! I do all my tire installations there including all my sport car custom wheel mounting. $15 for mount and balancing! I bring my own tires for installation and I'm in and out quick.

I've been coming here for the last 2 years, and love the service and low prices. When I use to get a nail in the tire, I would go to any tire store, and would get charged $19 for a plug/patch. Lately I've been told, "the hole is to big, we can't patch it. You need to buy a new tire". That's a scam, they're just trying to sell you tires. If it's a slow leak, it can be patched. I was told about this place, and get all my patches done here. The service is quick, in and out. You don't have to leave the car there. I get charged $10 for a patch. Today I had two nails in one tire, and was charged $12. I've witnessed residents in the community ask if they can use the air hose, and they're allowed to do so at no charge. I really don't understand the negative reviews here. The employees have never smelled like beer to me. Having said that, who cares? I mean you're going to a used tire shop in the ghetto, what do you expect? I will continue to give them beer money to repair my tires.

I called and asked if they would change my brake shoes. The guy on the phone stayed quiet for a minute, and I can hear him mumbling to his colleague, shortly before hanging up on me. Rude.

I had two tires I needed replacing I went to my one spot on Cherry and PCH but they were out of stock they told me about the other shop very nice people seems like it's family owned. Reasonable prices for used tires. I paid $100.00 for two front tires. They were pretty quick. Good customer service if you need tires they are on Martin L. King and Hill in LB Check em out! Sorry I have no photos.

They fixed my tire, even though I didn't have the money to pay, and let me go, trusting that I would return. The service was quick and accurate I definitely recommend this place.
