Five years of great service! I haven't been disappointed with there speed and quality of service. There waiting room is super comfy and they have a charging station for your phone and outlets for your laptops. Free donuts and specialized coffee! ... I should just "Work From Home" here lol.

Always a pleasure to come here for my car maintenance. I had my 3 yr check up and found out it was all covered under my warranty. Cabe is like a well oiled machine. They are so organized, calm and patient. I was in and out in an hour. I fully trust them everytime I come in.

Just left the service center and checked my vehicle before I drove off. I opened my hood and noticed my oil dipstick hanging out and not inserted correctly. I also had a tire rotation and hopefully my wheels don’t fall off.

Went in for an oil change so I figured I would check my battery. They found it to be poor and replaced it for a few. Few days later it completely died. I got a ride to an auto shop to get it recharged and they said it was bad. Figured I’d take it in to get replaced at the nearest Toyota dealership since I bought it from there with a warranty and this is where I’m having trouble make sense. I am now home with no working vehicle and a 2yr old and they tell me I have to get it towed myself to the nearest dealership because it had to be in the car which will be later reimbursed, still money at of my pocket now, about $300. And or get it jumped which would be no problem except I have no cables and I live on an avocado ranch. There response was to not help me out but just stick to there protocols. When did people stop acting like humans and become robots. I talked to there supervisor Daniel and he couldn’t help me out. He said it was to bad and he’s sorry for my situation. I would not be in this situation if they wouldn’t have sold me a bad battery and now I have to go through the obstacles of fixing the issue they created. How does this make sense and who can I talk with so this never happens again or at least they need to have some responsibility for the situation they put me in? It’s to bad and you should’ve had jumper cables and an extra car you can use to jump it… or spend the money and time to get it towed. Already spent the morning going through the phone call rodeo. Thanks for the words of advice Daniel hope you can find it in your heart to care for the people who use your services.

I bought this $60,000 investment with 6,000 miles. The seat was making noise right away. This is what it is Thursday after giving them an opertunity rectify the situation on Monday. BUYING FROM CABE WAS A AWFUL MISTAKE. INSULT IS THE MAINTENANCE CAN'T BE TRUSTED. They wanted to charge me more than$300 to replace the panels that they obviously reinstalled incorrectly after the original repair. Cabe Toyota does not stand behind their repairs

Have been in twice for a few warranty repairs. Mike and Jeremy have both been super cool guys and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Shuttle service is great to have to, but waiting room is large with coffee and other beverages.

Chuck was my customer service rep who treated me like a rock star ! The service was quick, and when it was finished, Chuck went over everything with me. At Cabe, if you need any additional unexpected repairs/services, they will advise of the need. This appointment required no additional services and everything checked out just fine. I love that there is no high pressure upsales here at Cabe. They only advise of service needs if any are found , and advise when everything is great as they did with my car today. My car was finished. Before the 2-3 hour wait time so I was very pleased. I have purchased 2 cars from Cabe and always bring my cars here for service because I trust them. I've had repeated negative experiences with Toyota of Cerritos and Elmore Toyota. Now I don't even bother with those other service departments. I highly recommend Cabe to everyone because of years of excellent service.

Our service manager Daniel at the Cabe Toyota Service Center helped us out very quickly and kindly when the engine splash guard started coming off of my Camry during our vacation. A few clips to secure it and we're back on the road. No time wasted! I really appreciate it, Daniel!

Shoutout to Allstars Kenny Tran and Service manager Phil for catching a boo-boo that my usual Maintence team at a Toyota location that will go unmentioned overlooked (despite the 100 mile roundtrip for service I took the day Prior). These guys are all stars and I will be servicing with Cabe from now on.

My family has been taking our cars here for years; it is a family owned dealership and customer service is always a priority. We drive further from home to this specific dealership because of how well it is run in comparison to West Coast Toyota. We've had great experiences with the service department team as a whole. The team here is attentive and friendly, and you can always reach someone by phone. Most recently, I had a costly repair done on my prius brakes, and Daniel Perry in the service department was patient, helpful, and hardworking throughout the process.

In for regular maintenance. They took care of me in a reasonable period of time. Was surprised they've started charging to top off fluids, but I guess they have to make $ somehow! I'm happy the fluids are replenished

We called and asked about an issue with our battery replacement. They offered walk in service that morning. Plus it was a Friday, we arrived and we're helped right away. Did have to wait a while for them to test and replace the battery. About at least 1.5 hours but was done. Would return with appointment to see if it takes that long next time.

10/10 dealership and service department. Recently got myself a GR86 from another dealer and had a bad experience. One of the only dealers I will let touch my vehicle and do service for me and the rest of my family.

Had the worst service! Micheal Zimmerman was rude, my car was sitting in the lot ready he didn’t print my paperwork to leave until I went and said something. Over charged by him. Last time I take my car there

Brought my car in for its last in warranty service. They did the oil change and rotated the tires but refused to acknowledge or fix the issues it currently has. We spent all of our money buying our family a toyota that doesnt get the MPG advertised and has a gas tank issue. So sad to see where the reliable Toyota name has fallen to. Definitely appropriate for the neighborhood its located in.

Porter Jeremy was quite rude when I first pulled up to the Cabe Toyota Service Center. He didn't greet me so I started by saying, "Hi, I have an appt at 10 am". He asked, "What's the problem?" I then continued with, "It's not in my appt notes?" and he gave me an eyebrow raised look as if annoyed. In an effort to smoothbthings over I told him, "I'm sorry, this is my first time here so I don't know how things go." I told him I was receiving notifications regarding my tire pressure within the month of purchasing our brand new Sequoia just 6 months ago. I didn't think it accurate to give these types of issues being so new & he abruptly replied, "Well it is if you got a nail in it". The interaction continued with him being rude to his co-worker when asking about a carseat for our shuttle. I let Jeremy know that when I made the appt, the female I spoke with told me that my issue could be the spare tire. He told me spare tires don't have sensors & I agreed just before he said, "If a girl told you that, it's wrong." His sexist comment made me feel rather uncomfortable being that "I" am a "girl" coming to a male dominant establishment with car trouble. Needless to say, my first experience here at Cabe Toyota Service Center was anything but pleasant.
