This 2 locations do not know what there doing I had oil change done in one of there locations and they messed up my Car i took my car on a Friday by Saturday night my car started to make this weird sound then minutes later it broke down on me and the last place who put hands on my car was Danny’s worker some Mexican guy then I went back with towing truck they sent me to there 2nd location just to tell me they couldn’t help me I had to put a new engine thanks to them he took literally 5 to 10 minutes to do oil change there lucky I don’t sue them for what they did very unprofessional don’t recommend it

Not a good experience for me took over a month with the car. when I got it back he left a unwrapped hostess cupcake on my floor mat with some other trash. Both top and bottom engine covers were in the trunk I had to tell them to install them. They broke the botton to put the window down Also customer service is trash would of rather overpayed and taken my car to the dealer instead of dealing with danny.

They tried to rip me off. Charged me full price for a smog check that they knew I would fail because of some bs requirement about a carborator # missing, despite all emissions tests passing. Then they tried to get me to pay to replace the fully functional catalytic convertor. Needless to say I won't be coming back. I went elsewhere for the Smog Check and it passed with no questions asked! Stay away. Shady business.

My husband used to take all our cars here. They were great, until the weren’t. On one occasion he took my truck to get an oil change and a bulb replaced. I noticed right off the bat that my original bulb was orange and they put in a clear bulb. So now I’m driving around in my new truck with mismatched lights and they charged something like 200$ for the oil change and mismatched light bulb replacement. I ended up taking my truck to autozone myself to get a lightbulb match. When the guy looked at it he said the bulb that was in there wasn’t even the correct bulb for my truck 😑 Awesome! I started noticing that no matter what we were getting done it was always 200$ and up. Ok I get it car repair isn’t cheap. This is the one that really got me and ultimately ended our relationship with Tony’s. My husbands car wouldn’t start. We’re both busy and at work so he gets it towed to the shop (we used AAA) we were sure it was the starter. No, it was just the battery. My husband says whatever, switch it out. When I went to pick it up at end of day I must have been standing there for a good 15 min before I was acknowledged (again I get it, mechanics are busy and not in the customer service business) the guy doesn’t go over the repairs just tells me it’s 360$. Wait! $360 for a battery?! A one year, no brand battery, for 360$!!! Ridiculous!! I start questioning the bill and the guy in charge (which was not Tony) starts getting loud with me and try’s to undermine me and keeps telling me that my husband and him talked about it and it was fine. I told him it’s not fine and I wanted a breakdown of the charges. He left for 20 min came back with some bogus handwritten stuff said my husband authorized the work (a new battery). At that point I let him have it as my patience was run thin and didn’t appreciate the level of disrespect I was receiving. I do not recommend this shop. The quality and service is below par for the prices they are charging. At one time this was an honest shop and I felt comfortable taking our cars there, never again. **Bonus** Fast forward 2 months later and we ended up needing a new starter.

Over the phone said it would take 2 days to leave my Van and they could handle all my needs as I carefully described. I got there at *am , they were late in opening. The man , then said they would have to keep the Van for repairs for over 5 weeks. At that point I hadn't even shown him the notice of what was needed, so how did he known how long he needed to keep the Van. Very rude treatment, as well. Very Poor Service, indeed.

Bad service, for check engine light took almost 3 weeks and didn’t fixed the problem! They make me replace battery and alternator. Scratch on my car, oily floor mats, my backup camera not working and my globes compartment broken!

These dues are trash. They get nothing done to your car. They actually disconnected two hoses in my car, gave it back and said, “sorry man it can’t pass”. I’ll leave it at that. They’re crooked, dirty, definitely not honest.

Couldn't leave minus 10 stars , took day off , to go for smog brakes and lights , Danni was notified that I was on the way there , unpon arrival he wasn't there , and secretary said no one but Danni could make the job , he was away he left and was comming back in 3 hours or so , not the best way to do bussines , sadly lost my day , lesson learned
