I received excellent service from Caliber Collision! Specifically, worked with the location at Willow and Redondo in Long Beach, CA. Elena, who worked the front desk, including the intake of customers, did an excellent job! Very friendly, courteous, and helpful! She anticipated everything ahead of time, including coordinating with the insurance company, calling the rental car company to arrange a ride for me to their location nearby, etc. without being asked. Mark Martinez was the tech rep I worked with. He communicated everything VERY well, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew exactly everything that was being done with my car. The work performed was excellent, and backed with their lifetime guarantee. My car was actually ready a little sooner than expected, which was great! The car was freshly washed and thoroughly cleaned, inside and out! Very nice! Would definitely give this crew here all of my auto body work I might need done in the future. Would not hesitate at all to recommend these guys to anyone looking for good, responsible, clean, and professional auto body work! Thanks, guys!

I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision! My truck was in and out of the shop in just 3 days, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The staff was incredibly professional and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. They even coordinated with the rental company, which picked me up directly from the shop. When my truck was ready, I was able to leave the rental right there for easy pick-up—talk about convenience! I’m thoroughly impressed with their efficiency and customer service. Highly recommend!

Customer service was amazing. I got text reminders of the status updates almost daily for the whole month which was so nice! They worked with the insurance company of the responsible party after my accident and the process was simple on my part. I’m going to keep this simple. We dropped off the vehicle on time and it sat in the same stall in the parking lot for a week before I had to call for a status update and nobody could tell me where it was at in the repair process (because they hadn’t started as promised). Then magically I got a text the next day saying they started repairs but the information was spotty so I had to call for updates. Nobody but the repair manager could answer any questions and she was always “out”. We also received our car back 2 weeks later than promised. Finally, they didn’t walk the car with us and when we got home we noticed two 6 inch long scratches on the opposite side of the car that are new. They said they’d repair them but now we have to take it back in for more repairs.

Horrible services they got $11,000 from my insurance company to change my transmission they put a used one , didn’t work, they put a second one and I was still having problems with the accelerator, and my transmission was leaking out, but they keep putting excuses to not fix the problem, short story the report said it had a slight scratch in the pan , and they even said that they can’t honor my warranty because those were recent damages from a recent implant which it was false , I was driving only in the city because I was afraid to Go farther, the manager Denise was very rude, I ask her I wanted to speak to her supervisor and she said she would tell her to call me , it’s been two days and she never call me back, her name it’s Angy those two women are a joke , lack of professionalism and communication, plus they took two weeks to a inspection, don’t go to the one Willow in Long Beach .

Very quick, excellent and honest service. Our Honda Accord Hybrid car had been scraped by a Tesla that parked next to us. Caliber was able to remove the scrapes on the rear bumper and body, and match the original paint perfectly. We were also offered very friendly and useful advice on keeping the overall paint job in good condition. Customer service was excellent, we and our car were treated very well. I highly recommend this Caliber office in Signal Hill, CA.
