Love this place for any mechanical issues or fixings, they whole entire team works endlessly at times to complete time sensitive projects or insurance claims.. frank and the whole team only does the real deal work, they follow all safety and environmental laws, and they work is always right.. they don't need u coming back complaining so they job is to make u smile on the roll out and not see u again with the satisfaction that u is satisfied back on the road again.. cool beans right!!!

Took my wife’s civic in for collision repair bc I personally know Freddy. He’s done an amazing job for my car 3 years ago and the paint job held up great all these years. This time we came in on a Tuesday afternoon, and by Friday the same week it’s all done ready for pickup!!! It’s just so surreal considering all the supply chain shortages during Covid. Car has also been washed and detailed for free. Freddy is THE BEST!!! he’s so reliable, hard working, and had good communication every step of the way. He would send me pictures everyday showing me his progress. He has friends in the car parts business so he gets parts faster than most shops. I highly recommend this shop.

My wife was involved in a accident in our 2011 Ford Edge. Frank is an independent shop which means he didn't work for the insurance people he worked in my behalf. Factory parts and got them to pay for every little detail. Not only was I impressed by the work he detailed my car inside and out my chrome rims were horrendous my headlights we so hazy. I bought my car used and it looked a 1000 times better than when I drove it off the lot. Frank and his team work at the highest standards with integrity. Would recommend 100%

I bought a 2019 Traverse at auction and decided to bring it to Prime for the needed repairs. There was some frame sway which they brought to my attention and I asked them to fix that too. I also had the rims and chrome accents all painted black. It looks way better now. Oh, and free car wash. Overall they did a great job! I would reccomend to anyone.
