i recently purchased 4 tires on ebay from this company upon balancing and mounting on my car we found that the tires were out of round so i contact them they ask for read outs on the balance and road force which i sent them and keep in mind they knew the tires were on my car and driven about 50 miles total so they agree to refund and sent me the return labels. i shipped them back and they only refunded me 50% of what i paid claiming excessive wear and alleged faulty tires.i contacted ebay and within 2 hrs they refunded me the other balance.my advice do not buy tires online from 3910 they didnt keep up there end of the agreement

I placed my order with Jennifer for the V1180 Hellcat Satin Black Rims on 7/5 and received them on 7/13 via FedEx. Her customer service was great, wheels arrived from CA to FL with no damage :-) Mounted them myself and they look AMAZING!!! Very happy customer and will use Performance Plus Tire again in the future.....

I was in need of some new tires for my Camaro, and I found my usual sources for tires had the tires I needed had gone up due to inflation (by a considerable amount), so I did a Google search and found this place out of Long Beach, California (LBC) had the tires without the inflated price. I was also able to order them with free shipping, so it was a no-brainer. I probably could have held off for another six months, but I decided to lock it in and do the deal. Well, I could not be happier with my decision. The communication with these people has been excellent. I get quick responses and the answers are helpful and make sense. The only thing better than the communication (and price) was the speed at which I received my tires. I had my tires in about 48 hours (2 days) = Amazing. The tires are great in both performance and appearance. Thank you to the folks at Performance Plus Tire and Automotive Superstore!

They installed tires and balanced the new wheels. Now the Shasta looks great! There was a line but those guys are extremely quick, 20 minutes in and out! The staff is super friendly and helpful. my wife bought a set of 4 tires which didnt last the guarantee that was promised. when brought the truck back because of worn out they said the guarantee didnt apply because of tire rotation every 7500 miles...thats well explained when they try to decline any guarantee but when she bought those tires they never explained any of that so they lost a customer and for those out there who are in need of new tires please have them explain to you all the requirements for the guarantee...

Recently bought some tires off eBay from this company and they were completely dry rotted. As soon as they were mounted on car one blew and was literally coming off the bead. Contacted this company to see about returning or exchanging after opening a dispute basically told me to close dispute and then refund should be paid. Emailed proof and they still claimed eBay hasn’t closed dispute despite proof and now shawn from online eBay commerce department refuses to return emails and calls. Will be filing a case against this company in small claims court in my area soon. Very unprofessional!

I would totally recommend this place for repairs on vehicles. Louie was completely honest with me from the beginning on the diagnosis of my truck. Jose Rodriguez is the man! He was able to source the right tire for the look I am going for on my 1960 Buick Invicta! He is very professional and I was able to drop off my wheels and pick them up in a reasonable amount of time. Posting a photo of the tires mounted and balanced. After installation, I'll post a photo of my Buick. Strong Recommendation for Jose and Performance Plus!!

Customer service and the lobby is great so not disappointed in that. However with utmost respect what I am disappointed in is that they gave me my car after getting an alignment and the steering wheel was the same 3 degrees off to the right which I had came to fix in the first place. So of course I came back to get it fixed but there we go again 2 degrees off to the left now…. I understand it’s hard to get the wheel perfect but come on guys you would expect an alignment shop charging $160 would get it right the first time but no. This is also not the first time this happens I had came in 2024 and the same thing happened as well so every time I come here I end up having to fix it at home myself which is unfortunate. Learned my lesson now and won’t be coming back for an alignment especially since other tire shops charge less for better work. Hope this review helps anyone considering an alignment.

I purchased a “Wheel Vintiques” wheel from “Performance Plus Tire” via their eBay listing. Their listing states this item is “Proudly Made in the USA!”. The wheel I received is very clearly stamped “CHINA”. This is false advertising, and false advertising is considered fraud - and fraud is illegal. I contacted this seller about the false ad and his response was “I’m only a retailer, and I’m just using the manufacturer’s info”. That was a lie. I directly contacted the manufacturer “Wheel Vintiques/Coker Tire” in Chatttanooga, TN, who explicitly told me that these wheels have not been made in the USA for years and they ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ADVERTISE THAT THEY ARE MADE IN THE USA. In their response to me, Performance Plus Tire stated “If you don't like it you are free to return it for a refund”. But Performance Plus Tires requires the purchaser to pay for return shipping, which would cost me approximately $35. I should not be required to pay for return shipping on an item that I purchased based on a fraudulent ad. A seller advertising that an item is “Proudly Made in the USA” when it is clearly made in CHINA is particularly outrageous, given current events. This retailer should have apologized, offered to pay return shipping, and immediately corrected their online ad.

Absolutely horrible service. We were sold two-year-old tires as ‘new’ and paid over $3,000 for them. On top of that, we were charged $480 for shipping, and the tires arrived poorly and improperly packaged. When we reached out about the issue, the company offered absolutely nothing to make it right. Completely unacceptable experience.

Cool waiting area, like a 50s diner🤩 And us girls with small bladders really appreciate the nice restroom 💖 Service is great 💛, prices are not bad, I would rather come here for my boring cars too, than go to my local which I felt ripped me off 😔 Would recommend to order online , the parts you really want, from their website, and make an appointment for pickup and/or fittment. I picked up a couple of 235/50R18 Lionhearts for $166, though fitting and stuff was $60 on top 🤷‍♀️ Front wheel alignment was $140. Of course, all not including tax 😂 Plus they offered to fix, for free, a nail in one of the other tires not being replaced (I've got staggered) for free, if it could be - which it couldn't in this case 🤷‍♀️ I wouldn't make them do anything unsafe 🙏 maybe I'll try a sealant injector myself, or just save up for some new tires next month 🤷‍♀️ All in, a good experience 💖
