From a very small detail on my car to fix, they did a whole damage to my car, couldn't fix the initial issue and charged me almost 800 but my car was still undo after 2 weeks. Took my car to another mechanic and he fix it in 2 days... My car was like new

This place is a pure example of how our society has degenerated. I towed my car to this shop and asked them if they could fix it. They replied, ‘Yes, you’ll have to leave it with us, and we will check it.’ Later, they called me and said, ‘Yes, we found out the problem. It was a cable that needs to be fixed, and the price will be $150.’ I agreed, hoping it would resolve the issue. The next day, they called again and said, ‘Oh, there’s another cable that needs to be cleaned as well, and the price will be $350.’ I was really upset but had no choice since my car was already there for a day. After two days, they called to inform me that it was ready. I went there and retrieved my car. Initially, it seemed to be working. However, the very next day, the car stopped working again and experienced the exact same problem. I discovered that these guys are literal scammers. They didn’t even clean anything; they simply reset the codes on my car to make it appear as if it were functioning properly. I returned the car to the shop with a tow and told them, ‘You didn’t fix anything, but you charged me $350?!’ He acted as if he didn’t know what was going on and began to recheck my car. He then said, ‘Oh, you have an inventory problem. We have to fix it.’ They wasted my entire week and my money because of these scammers. Stay away from them. I will report them to the Automotive Business Bureau. These kinds of places shouldn’t be allowed to operate. They are scammers, charging me $350 just for resetting codes, something any other mechanic shop would do for free.

I had a very horrible experience with this shop. I was referred here due to bad wheel bearings. Try charged me 200 to fix it. Then in 3 days my car started making the same noise. I took my car back to then for them to tell me that the suspension on the same side they just fixed was broke and need to be fixed. I ask why didn’t they notice it when they fixed it the first time. So told me it would be another 200 to fix. So once I asked to speak to the owner Chen and informed him I was referred by and know a friend of his, he then tell me I will just have to pay for the part only. I left my car over night. When I came to pick it up and paid I noticed stuff inside my car outta place. I look thru my car and notice things are missing. They stole a pair of 300 dollar shoes, some marijuana and a few other things, which I noticed right away. When I informed the own he acted like he cared but didn’t do anything. All of the employees are older gentleman but they did have one younger employee that looks extremely suspicious. The owner claimed he would check the cameras but never did. It’s very unfortunate that I gave them my business and money just for them to steal out of my car. I don’t recommend anyone taking their car there.
