Just got my car done by them, they truly went above in beyond with the repairs. If you need your car done right they will do it perfectly for you. However, I had 2 dollars in the car when I gave them the car, once I got it back it was gone, they didn’t take the coins just the bills. Aside from that your repairs will be done perfectly and with good time too.

My car got in a hit while parked and they helped me out with getting my car back to 100 they even sent my rim out to get fixed amazing work and I loved the attention to detail and warranty they offer …they even helped with getting my estimate done for my insurance.

I had a terrible experience with Number One Collision Center. The initial paint job on my car was poorly done, with noticeable flaws and a lack of attention to detail. Despite their assurances to correct the issues, I had to bring my car back twice, and each time the results were still unacceptable. The repeated trips and broken promises were incredibly frustrating. This shop lacks professionalism and quality workmanship. I strongly advise against using Number One Collision Center for any auto body services

Pay attention to your car .. I feel like some of my parts were changed to older parts.parts that didn't need to be changed. They are all scratched up ..I never scratched the inside of my door panels.. they also left a few details that needed fixing..so I'm really not a fan of this place.. I've been waiting for a call back it's been two weeks now and nothing.. I will call again on 12 -18-23 and really make a bigger complaint to the manager..👎👎👎👎..and update on this review 03 29 2025im still waiting for your manager or other personal to reach out and repare the damage you're employee left unfinished..it's been a long while and just last month after waiting the socal owner responded to this review.. I'm very disappointed for the long wait. Your employees also took pictures and almost a year and few months still no response from any of them. SMH.

This place was recommended by my insurance, and I have no idea how they’re considered a “preferred vendor.” What a joke. My car was supposed to be done the first week of November, then got pushed to the 11th, and now it’s maybe Friday — if I’m lucky. Every time it’s something new: wrong parts, more delays, endless excuses. They’ve had my car for weeks and still can’t give a straight answer. Absolutely ridiculous service. At this point, I’ll be shocked if I even get my car back this month. Save yourself the headache and go literally ANYWHERE else.

By far the worse service! I was told that I would have to wait two months in to turn in my car because they were so backed up. I finally bring my car in. I drop the car off and I’m told that the repair is going to take about 4 weeks . At the 4th week I give them a call. And I’m told by liliana that they have not even started to disassemble my car. She then apologized. She said to check back with her next week. I show up the following week and they tell me that the guy responsible got let go because HE WAS MAKING MISTAKES ON ALL THE CARS. She said by next week we should have your car parts ordered. So financially come this week. I call and Liliana says “Francisco” found out this morning that my car parts are not available . That if I want I can pick up my car and bring it back when the parts become available. At this point I decide to pick up my car . I spoke with my insurance and they said I was fine to pick it up to take it somewhere else . I show up and Israel decides it’s a bright idea to drive my car back to the auto body show a whole block while my car had a flat. These employees do not inspect the cars before driving them and just point fingers at each other when it comes to taking accountability.

STAY AWAY! These people are thieves and cheats. My car came in with rear end damage and they messed with my engine. My car does not sound right. It's a hybrid and used to have a heavenly sound to it, now it sounds like it's struggling. This car is a 2024 with 5k miles and zero front end damage. Why was so much done to the engine? The body work is terrible and the paint is terrible. There are scratches and tool marks they left around the car that were not there before making the car look damaged. Some pieces were not put on correctly and you can see gaps that were not there before. The paint job is no better you can see the imperfections in the paint, the color is very diffrent and there is to much orange peel. It seems they got some sort of coating on my rims as well that they were not able to take off. The front rims are smooth (like they should be) and the back rims are textured. These people also stole my samsung charging cord along with my prescription rayband sunglasses in a raybands case. It looks like they tried to steal the phone holder as well because it is broken and you can see where they stuck a tool to try and take it off. I would not trust these people to even fix the mistakes as they have already stolen over $500 worth of items from me along with doing a bad job.

This place is amazing! I was rear ended in my corvette and was turned away by multiple collision places due to fiberglass work. These guys here took on the challenge and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The car looks brand new again and like nothing ever happened! I highly recommend Number one auto collision if you want quality and timely work! Ask for Jocelyn she is very helpful and knowledgeable!

Jocelyn is amazing I have AAA insurance they wanted me to take it to one of their facilities, but I decided to take it to number one auto collision. They had repaired my mom‘s car there before they did a great job. I wasn’t disappointed. They were so quick on repairing my vehicle and it looks amazing. Drives great. I have some suspension damage on my accident. I recommend this place to anyone it’s great.

Jocelyn & Kim were extremely helpful when I had to take in my car last minute. They were professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process. This shop did an amazing job fixing the damages. The car looks brand new & good as it can get. They did such an amazing job & will be my go to shop for repairs from now on.
