The worst customer service I've ever experienced. First of all they didn't open on time. They are supposed to open at 8 am on Saturdays. I got there at 8 am and no one showed up until 8:30 am. I told the employee my situation. I needed to leave my car to have a dent fixed and wanted to rent a car. The guy said that I would have to wait for one of the owners (husband and wife) for this, but that they should be coming soon. He made multiple calls and couldn't reach them. He had to call another employee I believe who also tried to reach them. Finally the husband shows up. He looks around for the rentals (they have a few available usually) and can't find them. He makes a phone call (not sure to who, maybe his wife?) and finds out they are all being used. Hence no rental available for me. This is after a full hour and a half of me waiting. Definitely my bad for not calling ahead of time to see if they had any rentals, but bad on them for not having better communication and a system for their employees to find out if there are any rentals available. If they had told me right off the bat when I first arrived (or when the employee finally showed up) I would've come back another day no problem. When I complained about this the owner wasn't very apologetic. I told him I would take my business elsewhere and promptly left. Point of the matter is I shouldn't have to wait an hour and a half just to learn there isn't a rental available.

ACA auto repair was asking for 900ish for parts and labor for brake booster, brake shoes and resurfacing.. here at "4 brothers" the price for labor for brake booster much cheaper and affordable. I brought my own brake booster and paid the mechanic here for labor and it was much more affordable. All I can say is, don't be an A-hole customer and he might hook you up. I was there to pick up my truck and saw an upset customer. It's a small auto repair shop with just two mechanics but it seems they get overloaded with work and if you want affordable prices then you go here but you need to have patience which most customers do not have because there are only two or three certified mechanics here. At the end of the day, they get the job done so you will be happy. But if you are not patient, you will not be happy. This is my go-to auto repair now. - Dara Kong

I will only go to this auto shop for all my car needs. Very honest and reliable auto shop. in January, I had my alternator replaced and bought a new battery. My car actually stopped working, literally across the street from the shop. They came across to my car to test the battery. They gave me a jump and I was able to drive into their driveway. They did a diagnostic check. They showed me the codes and I had to get my alternator replaced. My battery was dead, so I also bought a battery. I left my car overnight. It was safely parked inside the shop. My alternator was fixed by the next day. I would definitely come here again. David is at the counter very welcoming great customer service. And the very experienced Mechanic is Jesus.
