Jim's Auto is the most reliable and honest car repair shop I have ever used. I can't say enough good things about them. We have 2 older cars with high mileage and Jose at Jim's keeps them running and not for a lot of money. I will never use dealerships again once warranty is expired on any of our cars. I highly recommend them. If you go elsewhere, you will pay more and pay for things you don't know.

Took my car to two places before coming here. No one could tell me what was wrong with my car nor give me a guarantee or at least be certain that if I let them work on the car, it would be fixed. I let Mr. Jim test drive the car and he was sure with 80% certainty what the problem was. Didn't play any games or offer any "deals." He gave me a fair price to do the work and he did it. My car feels like new. Highly recommend. You can tell as soon as you meet him and speak with him, there's no BS. Absolutely satisfied.

Great family mechanic, took my girlfriend to get her radiator fan fix they had the car done the same day ready to be picked up and it was cheaper than other shops called. Shorty after her radiator repairs my car started to leak oil took it to Jim's and it was just a oil pressure sensor costing me way less money than I was imagining in my mind. I would recommend any friends or family to this mechanic.

They replaced my brake pads for a very fair price, and they cleaned the exterior of my car without even mentioning it. I didn't notice until I got home but it's spotless, and they didn't charge me for it. Jose, the gentleman who serviced my car, was really kind and warm, and just generally knowledgeable. This is the best auto shop I've ever been to, and it's the only one I will go to from now on.

I absolutely love this place. Jose is the owner and he knows everything there is to know about cars from the inside out. Fortunately, he has also passed on his mechanical prowess to his son and the rest of the mechanics are excellent too. Above all else, Jose is very honest and before he does any work on your car; he will answer all questions you have regarding any repairs that need to be done on your car before he does the repairs. He has gone as far as popping the hood of the car for me and showing me as well as explaining to me what needs to be done to fix my car. Honesty, Reasonable Pricing, and RESPECT for all client's at Jim's Auto Repair. It doesn't get any better than this!!

I've known the owner JOSE for over 20+ Years. That's how long my family vehicles have been taken to Jim's Automotive Repair. I just recently had my front suspension struts/shocks and all replaced total materials and labor $900. This would have cost me $2K total easily at the dealership. Jose is a man of Godly Character and he runs his business with the same standard customer to customer, no matter who you are. I was having car trouble, so I googled a nearby shop and found this one. I was greeted by Jose, who was truly amazing. Although no work was performed on my car since he only works on Volkswagens, he went above and beyond to assist me. He listened to the issues I was experiencing, checked the codes for the check engine light, and even inspected the oil to ensure everything was in order. Jose seemed very knowledgeable and honest. If you have a Volkswagen, I highly recommend seeing Jose.

I called Jim's Auto and had the pleasure of speaking with Jose who listened to my prior dealings of another repair place who couldn't give me a definitive answer as to what the issue was with my vehicle. Jose actively listened, didn't rush the conversation and didn't talk down to me as a female! The prior place told me an exorbitant amount to fix my vehicle. Best VW shop around. Honest American mechanics making VW magic happen. Just wish my Gen1 autobahn didn't have such a weak water pump with a plastic housing made by VW.
