The best. I always recommend him to all my friends. He literally took care of my Saturn after knowing I was a little short on funds. Instead of telling me he couldn't do it, he did some research and found my parts for a cheaper price and worked with my budget. Very informative, fast and affordable. Best mechanic in long beach. And trust me, no matter what he charges you, you will feel like you underpaid him. We had a last minute emergency and this man coordinated towing, found a part, helped us find temporary transportation, and had the repair for us in under 4 hours - ON A SATURDAY !!!! highly recommended.

So, there is a new owner, his name is Chip. He is amazing. Super helpful, very thorough and honest on work estimate. He is reasonable on the pricing. I have been coming to Lucianos for the past 15 years with all kinds of cars. I am confident I can keep coming here. Also, you can pay by Zelle and other options. I can’t say enough good things about Chip and his team of mechanics at Luciano’s Chip is honest, knowledgeable, compassionate, so helpful and very reasonable. My husband and I brought my car in because I was having trouble with my transmission, which is a major job and anywhere else, I’m sure would’ve charged way more than what he quoted. While fixing my transmission, noticed my factory water pump had a small crack and he showed me how part of the pump was made of plastic (where the crack was) and where you could see that it had been leaking, and replaced it with a heavy duty water pump (that part of it wasn’t made of plastic) and still was able to keep his estimated quote! To be honest, most of the garages I’ve been to in the past were over priced, impersonal, didn’t always do a good job and took advantage because I was a woman. I admire the integrity and the quality of their work and we will continue to bring our cars to Chip for any future repairs. Highly recommended.

It was a rainy day and I thought my alternator was out i went here and chip checked and told me it was the battery, so I went and purchased a battery and asked him if he could install it and inwas prepared to pay a fee but at the end I asked chip how much and he said don't worry about it...he's the best and I will go back to him for any other car issues that I may have.

Misdiagnosed my car and told me it was the radiator and quoted me over $2000 to fix it, I sort a second opinion and it was just a hose that was leaking, cheap fix compared to what he quoted me. I asked around it’s only $700 to change radiator on my car on average

Luciano’s new owner, Chip is the most honest mechanic one can hope for. He is very knowledgeable, profesional and his prices are very reasonable. Chip will not take advantage of you. I was told at another place that I needed break pads, after a thorough inspection, he called to let me know that the brakes were good for another 6 months and didn’t need to replace them yet. His team is awesome too, not to mention that they super nice and polite.

This place is a 10/10. Service is always good, costumer service is amazing, literally feels like you’re chilling at home while getting a good maintenance on your car. Came for an oil change and left with the engine cleaned up. They always give you options for what things to change according to your time or budget and they always recommend what’s best for you. Been going there for almost a year. 100% recommend!!!! One more thing i’ll say, they’re always busy which means everyone trust them to take care of their cars 💯

I was looking for a shop and I found this one, I noticed it has really good reviews. It was my first time coming here and i was pleasantly surprised at how good the service was for how low the price was. Sometimes getting service done can be expensive because I’m a woman, but here I got an oil change and a tune up and it was very affordable. I definitely recommend coming here rather than going to a dealer, which can be very expensive. The shop itself is very welcoming and the employees are friendly and hardworking too! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a repair shop. I came in for a simple oil change and was quoted $90 that is already a high price but I was ok with it. At the end of the oil change I was quoted $120. I was confused on the extra $30 charge and when I asked chip or chief or whatever his name is he could not give me an answer. Do NOT take your car here. They will scam you.
