Low beam went out on my Lexus LS460, called Lexus, they told me it would be almost 1k to replace the bulb and I believed them, the bulb itself is $200 at autozone, they told me how they had to remove the bumper and then the whole headlamp. They described it as very labor intensive. Based on their reviews I called Free Lance Motors and they said they could do it, brought the car in right when they opened and an hour later I was on my way with a working Lexus OEM headlight and cost a fraction of what Lexus quoted me. When there is any future maintenance or problem with any of my cars I will look no further than Free Lance Motors.

UPDATE: I sued Glen and Free Lance Motors in small claims court recently, and won (duh). Glen still refuses to pay me what he owes me. You guys really burned me. Dawson admit fault and said you guys could work something out but you still kept my money and to top it off, the rack and pinion I JUST put in 15 months ago just went out, costing me ANOTHER $800. I thought you guys did good work but you decided not to call me back and refund me for your negligence, instead you kept my $300. I really thought you guys were better than this. I could keep going but what for?

I had taken my car in to two mechanics prior in which they said that they had either not encountered what was wrong with my car after trying to diagnose it. Over here at Freelance, not only did they fix my problem but also explained to me what was wrong and cleaned my Windows and mirrors, a very thoughtful added touch that made me feel taken care of and with showing that they appreciated my business in coming in. The Free Lance guys are great! My car has been having trouble for months with small random things breaking, and mechanics have given me the runaround a lot. But these guys figured out right away what was wrong, didn't charge me some crazy price fixing something unnecessary, and had me back on my wheels the same day! This place was great. I stumbled upon it after looking everywhere and to my surprise it was right around the corner from my house. The man Glenn was very kind and respectful. I took my car to get the brakes fixed and he went over and beyond and fixed an issue I thought the dealer needed to handle and I was definitely not over charged.
