The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range and payments I wanted (I did my extensive research already, so I knew what the going market was, no unreasonable ask). José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no BS, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no BS, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. If you ever shop for a Toyota, Cabe’s is where you should go. Check them out then see if you like them. Thank you José, Felishea, Angel! The most pleasant experience ever!

4 months ago I came to Cabe Toyota looking for a car, and after an exceptional experience I drove off with a 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid. Best service experience possible. Cabe Toyota gives you the rare excellent customer service you want when servicing your vehicle. From the valets to the service advisors, mechanics and cashiers l, I received top-notch professionalism and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working there. I find this rare in the service department. No one wants to take their car in for service even for routine maintenance. Special shout out to Daniel Perry, the service drive manager. who was absolutely marvelous . He is kind & friendly, super knowledgeable and took the time and patience to explain every step of the way, solving a problem with my 2024 4Runner! that could not be figured out by other dealerships. There are a handful of dealerships closer to my house, but Daniel gained a customer for life with the unprecedented prompt and reliable trustworthy service between him and his staff that I received at Cabe Toyota. This is my second time purchasing a car from Cabe. I was referred by a close friend. Of course, the first time everyone was amazing. They were all very helpful. This time I went back due to an accident and I loved my car. I loved the service that Cabe had provided. The difference was that this time I did not buy any of the dealership packages as I didn’t used them the first time. I just wanted my car to get back to how things were. Dwayne kept pushing the issue, that we had purchased it in the past and we informed him that there was no need as we didn’t use it. As soon as we declined his mood changed. He started giving us short answers. Gave us attitude and at the end it felt as if he was forced to put on the temporary license plates on my car. He didn’t even say thank you. Other than that Felishea has always been super sweet. She goes above and beyond. If I need to deal with Dwayne again, I’ll rather not buy a car from Cabe again. I am giving Cabe a high rating due to their sincere efforts to reconcile with my family and address our concerns. Dan and Felishea went above and beyond to resolve the issue we experienced. I have interacted with Felishea on two occasions, and both times she has been exceptionally kind and professional. She has a remarkable ability to make customers feel valued and treated like family, bringing a positive and uplifting energy to every interaction. We bought our 2026 Tundra SR5 4x4 Crewmax from Cabe Toyota last October 2025. Cindy Huerta helped us with the purchase. She was fantastic. Angel Robles at finance was wonderful too. We give them an extra 🌟. Their dealer discount made their price the best in Southern California. We highly recommend their dealerships. We found them easy to deal with. Straight forward. No pressure sales. To date we have 8200 miles on our Tundra. Over 6700 miles towing our 3500 lb travel trailer cross country to Florida, Virginia, then back to California. 17.67 average mpg. 13.2 low mpg. 23.0 high mpg. Ride is very quiet, comfortable, and sure footed. Drive train is very capable and willing. We are very satisfied and happy with our Tundra.

Fast oil service! I brought my car in at 11 am. It was done before noon. And because I bought my Corolla here, it's free under the the Cabe ValuePlus+ Program, which includes 3 years of free car washes! Very clean service bay. They come right to your car when you pull in, no waiting forever in the service bay line for a service advisor to come to you. Very efficient place.

They went above and beyond getting me into a new truck well actually a used truck but it’s practically new with low mileage. As a veteran living on disability it’s hard to get approved for a vehicle with a reputable dealer and also getting approved on a loan with only good credit. Matt my salesman never pressured me once to buy anything but what I came in for. Angel the financial advisor gave me the best advice. TJ the manager gave me the thumbs up. I had an amazing experience. I was hesitant that I was going to get approved because I have three collections from Covid in my credit report and my vehicle motor died on Thanksgiving. I decided to reach out to Toyota cabe yesterday and right away. They were the one the first ones that responded to me, Pete the salesman was extremely helpful so nice. The process was quick. I sent the application online. They had a preapproval for me before me coming in to test drive the vehicle. I wanted to get something used but I ended up getting something new which was way better. They have an amazing deal of 10 years of free oil changes for your vehicle which. I have never seen a dealership done that. overall, it was a very smooth experience. Everywhere I checked told me the truck wouldn’t be available until early January 2026. Then I called Cabe Toyota in Long Beach—a smaller dealership, but don’t underestimate them.
